Second Anniversary

Our 2nd Anniversary

7.25.18

8:13 P.M– You sat on your couch watching the live BTS concert. They were currently in Daegu and you stayed put in Seoul. The boys began touring at the beginning of last month so you haven't seen Jimin in a bunch of weeks. It made you a little upset, but you knew he was doing his best and you were proud of him. Your eyes lingered towards the gold rose that rested in a small glass vase on the center of your coffee table. Tomorrow was your anniversary with Jimin.. You subtly smiled as you remembered what Jimin did for you last year.

"I think this is better... Then a promise ring.

I Love you Y/N. And until I get settled with work and fame,

I promise to keep this promise."

"Y/N, I only got this tattoo.. The rose because it symbolizes love.

If I were to buy you a regular rose, it would die pretty soon...

And I don't like having the image of my love for you disappearing like that,

so since I have a permanent rose on me, for as long as I live, I will always love you.

My rose is for you."

His words echoed in your head and you couldn't help but sigh. When Jimin went back to Big Hit with two new tattoos last year, there was a big upheaval and he gained more fame from it. However, it was considered unprofessional and whenever Jimin has to perform, he needs to cover the tattoos with makeup- like right now. Currently on TV, it looked like Jimin never even had a tattoo to begin with. You were about to head to the kitchen to grab a snack until you heard Namjoon say 'Jimin, isn't your anniversary tomorrow?' It was completely unexpected, you just had to stay and watch.

".. Yes." Jimin answered, smiling. You could tell that it was a pained smile and knowing that hurt your heart.

"She's back at home, right? And since we're on tour, that means you won't be able to go see her.." Namjoon continued, followed by Hobi's 'aigoo'. Jimin's smile died down and he pursed his lips as Jin began talking next.

"That's really tough. Jimin must be feeling very upset right now."

"Everyone.." Jimin stated, but couldn't finish his sentence. He slightly turned away from the crows while tears gathered in his eyes. He was trying not to cry and you began to tear up also. With a deep exhale, Jimin lifted the mic and tried to continue.

"I miss Y/N every single day. Whenever I'm on tour like this, I know it tears her apart. She's trying- trying to be strong for me, and I know that I have to... I have to be strong for her too." he spoke and his tears fell right afterward. You cried with him. Seeing Jimin like this because he wanted to see you was really upsetting. You really wished you were there next to him to give him a big hug. Please don't cry.

10:32 P.M– Jimin got back to his hotel and face timed you. He looked tired and he prepped the phone to where you can see him sitting on the bed.

" Hey babe.

"He Jiminie... I watched the concert on TV." you stated as he began to get comfortable.

"So you must've heard the things I said, right?" Jimin asked, pursing his lips.

"Yeah.. You made me cry too. I was trying to be strong, but seeing you cry..." You trailed off and he hummed, understanding what you meant.

"I guess we both cried then." Your boyfriend spoke, laying back. It was quiet for a few seconds until he yelled out that he missed you.

".. Are you tired?" you questioned, already knowing the answer. Jimin sat up, took the phone, then laid on his stomach.

"So, so tired. It's our last day here in Daegu. I have to wake up really early in the morning for our next flight... " he explained, brushing his hair back.

"The next tour spot is Germany, right?"

"Mhm.. We don't perform until the next two days."

"Oh, okay. So, you have time to rest." you stated and he nodded. You both stared at each other with sad gazes, then all of a sudden, Jimin gasped.

"What is it?"

"I have an idea. Maybe, we can meet up at Busan Airport tomorrow?" The black haired male suggested. You gave zero thought to the situation and answered out of excitement.

"YES! Let's do it!"

"You sure?"

"YES!" you shouted again.

"Alright then! Make sure you keep it a secret!" Jimin raised his eyebrows. You nodded repetitively with a big smile plastered on your face. Your boyfriend smiled back, giggling a bit.

"You're so cute Y/N~." He teased.

"But wait- where are we going to go? What about plane tickets? What if your manager says something?" You interrogated as reality dawned on you.

"I was thinking that we can spend two days in Japan together.. I'll buy your tickets to Tokyo and Seoul, just make sure you get to Busan Airport before 9 AM. I'll meet up with you at your arrival gate and everything else we can worry about later." Jimin thought hard about it but came to this conclusion. You felt your eyes watering. There's no way he would do that... There's just no way.

"Is this really happening?"

"Yeah, so hurry and get that ticket to Busan." he answered and you nodded, grabbing your laptop. He got his too. You spent the rest of the night packing and talking about the tickets. You could tell that he wanted to make this anniversary rememberable.

7.26.18

9 A.M– You arrived at Busan Airport at exactly 9, looking amongst the people to find Jimin. You couldn't find him but he certainly found you. You felt a pair of arms wrap around you tightly from behind, pulling you into an, almost suffocating, embrace.

"Babe~..." You heard Jimin's voice by your ear and you began tearing up. You turned around, hugging your boyfriend properly, smelling the scent of him and feeling the warmth of his body. He kissed your forehead a couple times as you cried against him. You were overwhelmed since you haven't seen Jimin in more than a month. It felt like decades to you, and now you can finally touch him again. You were so happy.

"It's okay baby, don't cry.. Don't cry." Jimin kissed your head once more then lifted your chin to kiss your lips. He had his face mask rested on his chin and his black hoodie over his head, causing you to realize that he was still an idol, and people think he's on tour as of now. You pulled up his mask and wiped your eyes.

"W-when's the next flight?" you mumbled, trying to get your emotions together. His eyes squinted a little, you knew he was smiling.

"They're actually boarding right now. We should hurry." he spoke, grabbing your hand. You squeezed it, earning one back while he led you to the next gate with him. He has a brooch on.. cute.

10 A.M– On the flight, you sat next to Jimin while he sat by the window, sound asleep. His hand was still very much intertwined with yours. He must be exhausted... Your eyes trailed to his neck, seeing the rose tattoo. It was beautiful- crazy to think that he did that just for you. You leaned on him, closing your eyes. You thought it'd be okay to take a nap too.

11:15 A.M– Jimin was the one to awaken you, telling you that you guys were there. You both boarded off the plane, heading towards the baggage claim area. You were only staying there for a day and a half, so the suitcases weren't too big. When you and him reached outside, Jimin called for a taxi and you placed your things in the trunk before getting inside.

"Where are we going?" you asked him. Jimin grinned at you then gave the address to the driver to what seemed like directions to a hotel. Ah, I see. Within the next 10 minutes, you were looking at the breathless scenery in the heart of Tokyo. The driver pulled into a fancy looking hotel and you were beginning to build up excitement which Jimin could see. Your boyfriend paid the driver and grabbed the luggage from the trunk, you helping him out. At the reception desk, Jimin picked up the keys and went into the empty elevator with you.

"What floor?" you questioned. He hugged your waist from behind whispering a '17', clicking it for you.

"What are we going to do today?" you were curious. Jimin lightly swayed side to side with you, sighing.

"Anything and everything you want. It's our anniversary." he answered in a loving tone.

"Did you tell everyone that you were going to be with me, or did you completely ditch the tour for now?" you asked, a bit worried about his career. He chuckled softly.

"Both I guess. I texted my manager last night that I would be back before the next concert... I didn't actually tell them where I was going or who I would be with." He responded, moving your hair out of the way to kiss your neck.

"Wow.." you whispered, cocking your head to let him kiss your neck more comfortably. It aroused you and Jimin knew you really liked it when he kissed you there. Of the entire two years of dating him, you've never brought up the idea of taking things to 'the next level'. He always respected your decisions and never did anything too out of hand unless you wanted him to. A faint whine escaped your lips and that's when he decided to stop.

"God, I love you so much, Y/N." Jimin rested his head on your shoulder. Your heart throbbed at his words because you loved this man beyond anything you've ever loved before; he was everything to you. The elevator doors opened and you both exit, finding your hotel room rather quickly. Inside was really modern and cozy- nothing overdone. There was one bed, which you were completely fine with, and you went to lay back on it. Jimin smiled as he watched you, closing the door behind him while setting the materials down.

"What are you looking at, mister?" you teasingly asked. Your boyfriend approached you, leaning over you.

"Oh, nothing.. Just an absolutely beautiful and gorgeous mistress." he spoke, pressing his lips against yours. You kissed back, your hands trailing up his hoodie. To your surprise, you felt no shirt underneath it, just bare skin. Without thinking through, you let them wander, feeling his abs and chest as you made out with him. Jimin hummed, kissing you more eagerly than before. He poured out his affection into it, snaking his fingers down your thigh. His lips eventually traveled away from yours and began to ravish your neck once again.

"Jimin.." you exhaled, not wanting him to stop anytime soon. A loud unexpected moan errupted from you when Jimin decided to leave a hickey there. Your reflexes caused you to try pushing him away but he didn't budge. He continued to on your neck, earning your whines and whimpers which made him softly growl. You cocked your head back, letting him give you two more love marks before he pecked your lips a few times, moving away with an undying smirk.

"C'mon, get ready. We're going out to have some fun." he spoke, removing his hoodie. You stared at the man in amazement.

"It better be fun alright."

"It will be." he laughed, setting his hoodie on the bed. He got on top of you to kiss you again and you wrapped your arms around his shoulders.

"Will.. it be... fun like this?" you managed to question in-between your lovely scenario. Jimin smirked and didn't answer. He only kept kissing you.

1 P.M– "You hungry?" Jimin asked as you both walked around the shopping center.

"A little bit." you answered, looking around. Your boyfriend suddenly stopped walking, grabbing your attention, and he started to do a cute arm flopping dance. You laughed at him and he couldn't help but laugh at himself.

"To get food we go~!"

3 P.M– Jimin was practically spoiling you. He had already bought you food, clothes, accessories, and you didn't even ask him to buy any of it. As a matter of fact, you told him you'd buy items yourself but he kept insisting or either beat you to it first.

"Stop babe, you'll go broke because of me." you told him. He just smiled and shook his head in denial.

"Nope."

5 P.M – You and Jimin arrived at the hotel again, storing the bought items away.

"Do you want to relax a little and watch a movie?" Jimin suggested, pulling out his laptop from his bag.

"I don't mind.." You responded, hopping onto the bed.

"Netflix and chill." your boyfriend smirked at you, causing you to throw a pillow at him.

"You and your unholy mind, Jimin!"

"You can't say you don't love it, 'cause I know you do."

"Have you ever even wanted to.. 'chill' with me?" you asked as he connected his laptop to the TV.

"Babe.. I won't pressure you into doing something you're not ready for." he dodged the question while searching for a movie.

"But what if I told you I wanted you? Then what would you do?" you muttered, saying it to where he could hear you. The haired male glanced up at you with a skeptic expression.

"Then I would ask you if you know what you're asking for..?" He slowly uttered.

"And if I said 'yes'?"

"I'd ask when you wanted it to happen?"

".. Now." you quietly said, seeing how Jimin looked away choosing a movie.

"Are you sure about this?" He rose up, coming over to you. You nodded, pulling him closer to plant a kiss on him. Jimin lightly bit your lip making you part them before slipping his tongue inside. He kissed you slow and passionately, letting his hands run across your body. Your heart race as this occurred. It's really happening. Jimin took off your top, removing his sweater right afterward. He kissed you everywhere along your torso, and eventually, any remaining clothes scattered onto the floor. He grabbed a condiment from somewhere in his bag, ripping it open with his teeth. You both knew that this was it and there was no going back. He kissed your pain away as your legs hugged him. Your worries vanished while he was so gentle–  so tenderly gentle. Your breathing pattern balanced out, becoming one with him and his world. He loved you in the most right way possible. Tears rolled down your cheeks from being so overwhelmed and Jimin intertwined his fingers with yours, pressing his forehead against yours. He closed eyes and cupping your cheek with his other hand.

"I could start fires with what I feel for you." Jimin whispered, kissing you endlessly. He shook your world, letting you experience what you've never had before. He was truly your rose. A true heartthrob.

7:15 P.M– The sun was nearly set and you rode through the night with Jimin. He was currently taking you to another part in Tokyo and while passing a bridge you saw a large, beautiful Farris Wheel covered in lights in the distance. You didn't want to get your hopes up but it seemed like the driver was getting closer to it, which only made you anticipate to go. To your luck, the driver stopped near the fair and you instantly got out, jumping up and down excitedly. Jimin paid the person and stood next to you with a cute smile.

"Please tell me we're going in there!?" you shouted, making your boyfriend laugh.

"We are. C'mon!" He extended his hand and you held it, maneuvering your way in. The line wasn't long to buy tickets since it was a Thursday night.

"Two wri-" you bumped Jimin aside with your hip and placed your own cash down in front of the booth worker.

"Two wristbands please!" you smiled and they handed it to you, chuckling at what you just did. Jimin, on the other hand, died laughing.

"I can't believe you did that!"

"Well, you didn't let me pay for anything all day!" you playfully argued, handing over a wristband to him. You both took the time to put it on and you didn't expect him you suddenly pull you into a hug, kissing you softly.

"What do you wanna do first?" Jimin asked, looking around. You spotted a game booth that had Dinsey based prizes and he gazed in the same direction.

"Wanna go?" he questioned.

"Yesss." you answered and you both began making your way there. It was a game where you had to throw rings around a stick and if three and higher makes it, you can win a prize.

"First round is free! Give it a try!" The man cheerfully stated, passing Jimin five rings.

"You got this." you hyped him up. He threw the first one and it made it in... The next to shots were missed... But then the final two made it and he yelled in victory.

"Wow! Good job! You can choose a prize off this side." The man gestured to a specific area in the booth.

"Which one should we get, babe?" he asked while peering through. One of the prizes caught your eye and you glanced at Jimin to see if it would fit him. Oh, this would totally fit him

"Choose this one!" you happily pointed to a Mickey hat and he grinned as the man passed it to him. Jimin was wearing a bucket hat but he quickly switched it to put on the prize-winning hat.

"It's so cute on you!" You exclaimed and he smiled embarrassedly. You grabbed his hand again and pointed to another spot where loud music was playing.

"Do you want to go on this one!?" It was the spinning table ride. He found you so adorable and he just nodded out of amusement. When you both got there, there was a line but you were able to get on next. You both showed the operator the wristband before finding an empty cup to sit in. Jimin sat in the opposing side of you and once the ghost was clear, the fun started. You and him spun the wheel in the middle as fast as you can, laughing at the feeling of it. Your boyfriend began throwing funny facial expressions, making you laugh even harder.

"What are you trying to do!? Kill me!?" You shouted and he began dying again. It was so much fun.

9 P.M– "Are you hungry again?" Jimin asked.

"Yeah, I'm starving."

"Same here. Let's take a break and eat." He told you. You walked hand in hand while he found a food hut nearby.

"I can pay for the meal." You offered and he winked at you.

"Don't worry, I got it."

"We'll just see who gets to pay first." you smirked, sitting on one side of a seating booth. Again, he sat on the other side muttering a 'me'. A waiter came over to serve us, starting off with drinks. He then said he'd come back shortly to take your orders. Jimin looked at the menu for a good minute before setting it down to stare at you.

"What are you getting?" you asked him, still trying to choose from the menu.

"Rice and beef."

"Oh.. I'm thinking about getting a fat pancake."

"A pancake?" Jimin giggled.

"Don't judge me." you stuck your tongue out.

"... You're so cute." He stated and you looked at him. He gave you the stare of someone who was completely infatuated with something- in this case, it was you.

"Jimin... Thank you." You spoke, although you weren't thanking him for the compliment. You were thanking him for giving you a chance to see him even if it was just for a little while. He smiled at you, making you feel butterflies in your stomach. I hope he'll never make me stop feeling this way..

10 P.M– The last ride you thought you'd ride with him wasn't the Farris Wheel. It was the carousel. You sat in the front while Jimin sat behind you with the dim lights hitting your skins. His hands hugged your waist and it all seemed like a magical moment that was unreal.. But this was definitely real.

"Do you regret it?" Jimin asked.

"... Regret what?" You looked down.

"What happened earlier at the hotel?" you faintly scoffed at his words.

"Jimin-ah, I was so happy.. I was so happy you made love to me."

"I was too. I love you Y/N."

"I love you too, Jimin."

"Happy anniversary babe." Jimin whispered, kissing the back of your head.

7. 27. 18

12 P.M–  You went to a nearby park with Jimin trying to spend your last hours with him to the fullest extent. You were sad that it was already ending. The news had blown up because you and him were spotted in Japan when Jimin was supposed to be on tour.

"Don't look so sad.." Jimin lifted your chin.

"I'm sorry. I just really don't want you to go.. I don't when I'll get to see you again." You frowned. He intertwined his fingers with yours, giving it a squeeze.

"Y/N.. Cheer up, okay?" he pleaded.

1 P.M– Jimin brought you to another clothing store just to look around.

"We're going to have to get back to the hotel in at least another hour." You muttered.

"Yeah.." he searched through a rack of nice button-up shirts for men. You reached out to touch the tattoo on his neck and he placed a hand above yours, pressing it more against his neck.

".. Jimin?"

"Do you think I've done a good enough job of being your rose, Y/N?" he wanted to know, looking at you.

"You've done more than enough. You've made me the happiest person alive." You told him, worried because of his words.

"Do you love me?"

"Yes, Jimin, I love you." you began tearing up as he kept your hand against his neck.

"Do you want to be with me?"

"Yes, I want to be with you." You nodded.

"For how long?"

".. Eternity, just like the eternal rose."

"For eternity?"

"Yes." you answered, internally panicking because of his interrogation. He brought your hand down, staring into your eyes as silence fell between you two. You didn't like the suspense, you just wanted to know why he kept asking so many questions. Was he doubting your love for him? Why is he doing this?

"It isn't possible to love and part.. I know you wish that it was because I'm so busy with work.. You can always ignore the painful part of love, mute it, or bury it.. But you can never pull it out of you because love is eternal. We struggled together in vain, Y/N.." Jimin genuinely spoke causing you to cry, "You must allow me to tell you how much I love and adore you. For the two of us, home isn't a place. It is a person.. And Y/N, I want to be more than just your rose. I want to be your home... Will you marry me?" Jimin proposed. You felt your heart drop and your eyes went wide. Jimin dug into his pocket and pulled out a black box, getting down onto one knee. You covered your mouth in shock and people around you stopped and the ones that knew BTS took videos. When he opened the box, a beautiful diamond ring was revealed. You couldn't stop crying but you nodded over and over again. He took your left hand and placed the ring on your ring finger, before rising up to kiss you. The people around cheered for you guys and you hugged Jimin tightly. You couldn't believe that this actually happened...

3 P.M– You stared at your, now, fiance. You were trying not to cry, but that was the hardest thing to do as of currently since you both had to part ways at the airport. You glanced at the ring on your finger then back at Jimin.

"I'll see you soon.. Be happy. Don't you cry now." Jimin told you.

"Jimin, I.. I don't deserve you." You said, voice shaking.

"Well.. I'm glad you have me. So, so glad." he kissed and hugged you. It was going to be the last physical affection in a while.

"I don't want you to go."

"I know baby.." Jimin frowned, "But I have to. I have to go."

"I..." you choked on your words, the warm fluid flowing down your cheeks. You looked down at the ring and Jimin eyes watered up at the sight of this.

"Y/N, please don't cry."

"I'm- I'm sorry.. I just-" You couldn't speak and Jimin hugged you again.

".. I have to go." Jimin repeated again and let go. He pecked your forehead one last time, preparing to go his way.

".. See you later." strained your voice and he gave you a sad smile before heading off..
