“Hyung” Seokmin called Seungcheol

“Hmmm?”

“Why are you always with Jihoon hyung? Don’t you feel bored of each other?” 

“Why?” Seungcheol pretended he didn’t understand the question “I wonder why too” and the leader grinned happily

The question why was not something unfamiliar for Seungcheol, people asking him and Jihoon why do they always spending time together as if they don’t have any other friends than each other. ‘don’t you feel bored?’ ‘Isn’t the feeling will go away faster if you guys keep sticking to each other?’ ‘it’s weird to see how close Jihoon can be with a human’ those comments were often heard and neither Seungcheol nor Jihoon pay attention to them as quoted by Jihoon ‘it’s our own life why must we think about others?’which then agreed by Seungcheol immediately. 

That Sunday afternoon Seungcheol found Jihoon was on his bed scrolling through twitter looked with one of his eyebrow raised up, Seungcheol immediately took place next to him, Jihoon scooted made a little bit more space for his boyfriend with eyes still focus on his phone didn’t even flinch when Seungcheol hugged him sideway face hiding on the crook of Jihoon’s neck inhaling the sweet and soft scent his boyfriend emitted 

“What are you reading?” Seungcheol asked with eyes closed 

“Secret” Jihoon replied “Can you move a bit it’s so warm now” Jihoon groaned

“But I’m cold” Seungcheol replied still on the same position and he even tighten his hug

“Go outside and stand in front of the air cooler” Jihoon rolled his eyes

“This is my favourite place so why must I move” Seungcheol chuckled when Jihoon groaned “What are you reading?” The leader asked for the second time and Jihoon knew he couldn’t escape this time

“Don’t you read our group chat?” Jihoon put down his phone

“I read it” Seungcheol said moving from Jihoon’s neck, raised up his head and let it rest on his hand, eyes focusing on Jihoon “Did they say something new? 5 minutes ago there wasn’t something important there… unless…” Seungcheol smiled “And I definitely didn’t read it while frowning like you” Seungcheol flicked Jihoon’s forehead gently

“Maybe we should try to stay away from each other for a week so they can stop talking about it and make it as if it’s something only we do in this world” Jihoon rolled his eyes feeling annoyed by how their group chat suddenly named as ‘jicheol’ and the topic was about how the leader and the producer always stick to each other most of the time since their pre-debut. Jihoon swore he would kill whoever planned this

“Don’t kill them, we still need to release new album” Seungcheol commented knew what was on Jihoon’s mind then

“Alright I’ll do something nicer than to stab them and bury them alive, but I’m being serious here hyung, we should do that so they know we are normal human beings too” Jihoon turned sideway so his eyes were looking straight into Seungcheol’s ‘damn why this person has really big eyes’ Jihoon cursed inwardly

“I refuse” Seungcheol said sternly

“It’s just a week”

“A week without you is personal hell baby” Seungcheol winked and screamed when Jihoon punched his stomach “I wasn’t kidding” Seungcheol said while holding his stomach 

“Find a better solution then, those kids really have nothing to do than gossiping about us” Jihoon sighed

“We can just explain to them the reasons behind it” Seungcheol smiled softly

“Explain?”
“Explain to them that while it’s true that you don’t have to be always next to each other all the time to prove to the world that you are in love but it’s a public secret that being with someone you love most of the time bring extra happiness so why would you spend lesser time with the people you love when you can be happier in the simplest way? We don’t know what will happen in the future, we won’t know how long are we going to live or how long the people we love are going to leave so why don’t we make most of the time left to be with them?” Seungcheol took a deep breath before he continued “I love you baby, and I want to spend every seconds in my life to love you, to spend it with you as much as I can because I love you and you always Bring me happiness in a way we both will never know, I just love to spend most of time with you although sometimes you are violent, naggy and moody the time I spent with you is still the time I love the most in this world” Seungcheol grinned when Jihoon blushed “Bored? Remember this jihoonnie… I will never get bored of you” Seungcheol said before he leaned down and kissed the life out of Jihoon bringing the younger to the level of happiness they both could never explain properly to others

‘I love you too hyung and I want to spend most of my time with you too… I don’t need reasons to explain this feeling I have… just one simple reason, it’s you, because it’s you, because you are you and I really love you’

“Hyung did you see my clo- HYUNG DAMN IT I TOLD YOU I DON’T WANT YOUNGER BROTHER!!!!!!!!” Dino screamed before he ran off from the room

“I should teach them how to knock first next time” Seungcheol thought inwardly
