Softly groaning, the girl laying in Sehun’s bed started to gain consciousness. Her eyes opened and scanned the unfamiliar bedroom she was in. The girl tried to sit up but it only resulted in her letting out a loud moan and slowly laying back down due to the pain in her back. The door to the bedroom opened softly and a boy with shiny brown hair that fell to his forehead, big round eyes and heart shaped lips peaked his head in. His eyes widened when he saw that she was awake. “Oh! You’re up! I was just about to change the dressing on your wounds so that it wouldn’t get infected.” It was then that she noticed he was carrying a medium-sized white box in his right hand and that there was a large cotton pad on the side of her hip. She touched it out of curiosity and hissed at the sting. “Yeah… you might wanna be careful with that.” The boy said and walked over to sit down beside her. “What’s your name?” He asked. “Lee Haerin. Where am I? Do you know my brother?“ He let out a small chuckle. “My name is Kyungsoo. You’re at Exo’s home base and yes, I know your brother. Lee Donghae from Super Junior right?” Haerin nodded. “We’re allies.” Kyungsoo said. “But… why am I here? How come my brother didn’t take me with him?” “Donghae hyung probably thought you’d be better off with us and he’s right. With most of s probably in the same condition as you, it’s better that you’re with us. I would say you’re pretty nicely treated too. Thanks to me.” The girl tried to bow her head in appreciation and thanks but she groaned at the pain sent to her back. Kyungsoo chuckled. “Let me change your dressing and then I’ll help you up to meet the other members.”

The members were all eating breakfast at the dining table that Kyungsoo had made for them prior to checking up on Haerin when they heard his voice. “Careful. Careful.” The members shot their head up at the direction Kyungsoo’s voice was coming from. There he was supporting the girl they had saved yesterday with his arm around her waist and her arm around his shoulder. Suho stood up. “You’re awake? How are you feeling?” Haerin looked at the boy and nodded. “It still hurts a little but I can manage. Kyungsoo, you don’t have to hold onto me. I think I can walk on my own.” Kyungsoo let the girl’s waist go cautiously. “Thank you for taking care of me. You didn’t have to but I really do appreciate it.” She told Suho and he sent her a dashing smile. “Were we supposed to leave you there all wounded then?” He jokingly said with a chuckle. “I’m Suho by the way.” He then turned around and introduced the other 4 boys at the table. The girl scanned each boy’s face as Suho introduced him to her but one very particular boy caught her eye. He looked as if he couldn’t care less about what was going on or who she was. But despite the cold aura that she could just feel from him, she was in awe. Never had she ever seen someone so perfect. From his bleached blonde hair to his broad shoulders all the way down to his long legs was simply perfection. Realizing that it was silent, the girl snapped her head back to Suho and introduced herself with a slight bow and a small smile. “I’m sure you’re hungry. Kyungsoo, can you make her something to eat? And make sure she takes medicine to help with the pain.” Kyungsoo nodded at him and immediately grabbed ingredients to start cooking. Haerin stood in her place awkwardly looking at Kyungsoo pace around the kitchen and cook her meal, shifting her weight from her left foot to her right constantly. Suho waved her over.  “Come sit over here Haerin. We don’t bite. Right boys?” Haerin looked at the people and saw that 3 of them were flashing her smiles while the boy with the blonde hair kept eating his food with his head down. She took the seat next to the boy Suho had said was named Jongin and smiled shyly at him. “Are you sure you’re feeling okay? Is there anything you need?” He asked her softly with a slight look of concern in his eyes. “I’m fine. Thank you.” Jongin only sent her a small smile and turned back to his food.
