Daniel looked at the gun, he knew they were utterly screwed, he didn't have any money with him and he doubt Daehwi have any.

Daniel was frozen from fear until that moment, he took one look at the gun and before he knew it himself he pushed Daehwi back, the bullet pierced through his stomach, he fall to the ground. The assaulter run away leaving them there.
