Happy Ten Years

Guardian Angel Jonghyun

[[Time jump three months into the future. It's summertime and the all of the trees have blossomed and bloomed. The air is humid from the hot sun, and the incident between Alina and Jonghyun's fans have finally settled down, meaning Jonghyun, Alina, and his mother have been able to return to their home, leaving Jonghyun to return to his schedule. Tomorrow is SHINee's 10th Anniversary, and everyone is busy in preparations. Jonghyun was able to release his new album, "She Is", which has so far received mixed reviews from fans. So many of his fans have accepted and supported his style of music, yet there are those out there who comment rude and hateful things toward him for not only his music but his personal views as well.]]

After slipping her black high heel sandals on, she adjusted her twin braids over her shoulders as she stood dressed in her short blue jean shorts, and her white Stitch crop top that showed off her turquoise moon and star belly ring. She waited patiently as Jonghyun got dressed in the bedroom, playing with his hair before they left to meet up at SM with the rest of SHINee. "Oppa, we're going to be late," she called, making her way toward the back of the house where their bedroom was located. She could hear him humming along to a song playing in the bathroom, bringing a smile to her face as she spotted him running his fingers through his hair, trying to get it to his perfection. "Jonghyun Oppa, we're going to be late," she repeated, this time catching his attention. His cheeks lit up in embarrassment at being caught dancing in front of their bathroom mirror. Alina giggled.

"I'm coming." Turning off the bathroom light, Jonghyun shut the music off on his phone and walked toward Alina with a smile. His eyes took her in and she couldn't help but flush with shyness as his eyes rolled over every inch of her body. Three months dating and all of his lust-filled attention still made butterflies dance in her stomach. He too wore a sleeveless shirt decorated with Stitch on the front, same as her, as well as loose fitting jean cargo shorts. The sleeveless shirt he wore showed off his well-toned arms, a fact that Jonghyun liked to show off to her. Noticing her eyes on his biceps, Jonghyun flushed, recovering quickly with a smirk. He lifted his arm, flexing the muscle slightly, noticing how round her eyes became. Her face turned red as she blinked a few times before realizing that he was teasing her.

"Oppa," she whined, trying to hide her blushing face behind her hands. "Don't tease me!" Jonghyun chuckled, pulling her flustered form into his arms and holding her against him.

"Don't be upset, Alina. I think it's so cute how you stare at my muscles." Still embarrassed, she buried her face into his chest and hugged him around the waist. "Come on, before Key fusses us about being late." She nodded, trying to force herself to calm down so that her cheeks would go back to their normal color.

When they walked into the practice room, everyone turned toward the door and smiled. "It's about time you show up," Alina bit her bottom lip, watching the force that was Kibum walk toward them. "We've been waiting for almost an hour." Alina felt herself getting nervous as she watched him look between the two with an annoyed expression.

"Don't be silly, Kibum Hyung. We all just got here as well." Kibum turned annoyed eyes on Minho, who was leaning against the wall, waiting for someone to declare their practice session started. Jonghyun glared at his brother playfully.

"Enough. We have our anniversary comeback coming up soon. Stop playing around and let's get to work." Alina giggled as Jinki stepped up and stopped the childish taunting before it even really got started. Jonghyun kissed her cheek before walking over to the group, leaving Alina to make her way to a corner so that she not only had a good view of the boys, but she wasn't in anyone's way. Sitting in a chair one of the staff had pulled aside for her, she watched them get into position as the music started. She couldn't help but follow Jonghyun's every move as he danced around s, all of them so in sync that she sometimes wondered if they shared one mind.

The next day, Alina woke up with a smile on her face and excitement in her heart. Today was ten years since SHINee's debut, and there was going to be a big fan meet before their concert that night. Turning on her side she found Jonghyun gone, her ears picking up the sound of water running. She knew that he would be very busy today, so she had planned on hanging out with her new found friend in the staff that looked after SHINee, Gira. The two had met upon their return back to SM and were fast friends. Aside from Jonghyun, Alina hung out with Gira the most. The girls went on shopping sprees, walks, and just plain hung out whenever Alina wasn't able to be with Jonghyun.

Crawling out of bed, she quietly fixed the messed up sheets before walking over to the closet to find something to wear. She pulled out some clean underclothes, before settling on some ripped skinny jeans, and one of Jonghyun's concert shirts she had bought from their last concert. She wanted to show her support for him, so she stacked her clothes on the end of the bed and decided to shower once Jonghyun was done. In the mean times, she made her way into the kitchen and cooked them both breakfast with a fresh pot of coffee. By the time she was finished cooking, Jonghyun walked into the kitchen, humming in appreciation of the smells wafting from the food on the table.

"Hurry and eat, Oppa. Jinki Oppa called while you were showering and said that Sooman Oppa wants you all in the practice room all day before the fan meet and concert later." Jonghyun sat at the table after kissing her good morning. Sitting beside him, the two started eating. "Are you excited about your concert tonight?" she asked before taking another bite of her omelet.

"Yes and no." He took a sip of his coffee before explaining. "Yes because its something everyone feels before going on stage in front of thousands of people, but no, because I know you're going to be there. Not to mention all of the fans we have cheering up on and supporting us." Alina smiled, happy with the fact that just her presence there at the concert was a comfort to him. "Why don't you take Gira noona out with you and get your nails done today, Alina? My treat." She smiled, glancing down at her nails, imagining them done in their fandom color. Her heart fluttered with excitement.

"Thank you, Oppa." The two finished their food before he kissed her goodbye and rushed out of the house. Alina smiled, standing in the doorway like a love sick school girl. Once she closed the door, she went take a shower and cleaned up. After blow-drying her hair, she pulled it up into a simple ponytail, texting Gira and planning on meeting up at the salon. Once she had her sandals on, she grabbed the keys to the turquoise Lamborghini Jonghyun had bought her a few days ago, before leaving. Alina had yet to drive the car since she normally just rode with Jonghyun, but today she was finally going to be behind the wheel of her baby.

Walking outside of the apartment, she noticed a few fans that were still outside, some of them calling out to her, asking her where she was going. She waved, thankful that they were friendly and not out to harm her anymore. She knew what it was like to be like them, so she started keeping a few concert shirts in her car so that when she did run into a few friendly ones, she could give them out. "Annyeong." She waved, leaning into the car and pulling out a few shirts. They greeted her politely, bowing and thanking her for the shirts. She gave them each one before slipping into her car and closing herself inside.

It was a short ride to the salon where she spotted Gira waiting outside. Alina quickly parked her car before getting out and walking over to the other woman. They bowed, greeting each other happily. "Annyeong. I apologize for being so late, unnie." Gira brushed her apology away, smiling happily as the two made their way into the building. The staff greeted them happily, ushering them into comfortable chairs. "Please take good care of us," Alina sat back, happy to be getting a manicure and pedicure after so long. The last time she had gotten this done was with mother years ago, so today was special for her. Thanks to Jonghyun, she hadn't had to wait in line for someone to do her nails. He had made sure that she would get pampered today, something she had never had done before. They massaged her feet, fixed her toenails real pretty before moving her to another chair where they did her nails really nice. She asked for them to style them in a way that showed off her fandom color for SHINee. The lady decorated them with SHINee written out on four of her nails, her thumbnail decorated with a diamond. Her eyes stayed glued to her nails, fascinated with the way her nails transformed from natural and slightly short, to long and professional.
