11:55 AM

Yep, I’m in the right place. I assure myself that Jiyong is here, according to his mom he came back yesterday. I hurriedly went to the grocery store to buy and prepare some lunch for him to deliver it to him personally.

“Excuse me Ms.” I approach the receptionist

“Can I ask where’s Kwon Jiyong’s office”

“May I know your name and your relationship to him Mam?”

“Kim Taeyeon I’m his girlfriend.”

“Gi-Girlfriend?” she said in shock

“Yes. I’m his girlfriend is there any problem Ms.?”

“Nothing”

Aigoo this surely likes Jiyong that’s why her reaction is like that

“I’ll call him just wait for a second”

“Sure. No problem” I said smiling while tapping my fingers on the table

“He’s not answering the phone. I guess he’s taking his lunch in the cafeteria on the ground floor”

“Is that so. I’ll just go ahead and see him there”

“Okay no problem”

JIYONG’S POV

CAFETERIA

12:15 PM

Holy !

That’s the only word I can utter right now. Seriously what on Earth is she doing here! How did she know that I’m back! Here we are in the cafeteria waiting for our turn to take our food.

“Ji you look uneasy,” Youngbae said nudging me. He’s my best friend since college and we work in the same company.

“Youngbae can you please come closer” I need to hide before she sees me!

“What?”

“I said come closer,” I said pulling him closer in front of me

“Whoa Bro! What the hell is this?”

“Just do it,” I said in gritted teeth

“Ji seriously stop this! I love my wife”

“Oh no no no no no,” I said nervously. She saw me and she smiles. That smile looks so creepy

“Jiyong? Babe?” I heard her yelled my name. The other people start to look at us.

This is so embarrassing!

“Oh God” I closed my eyes. Pretending to rub my temple suppressing my anger.

“Hi, baby I miss you” She hooked her arms on mine.

“Oh, look at this beautiful lady here! Ji so lucky eh?” Youngbae teased moving his eyebrows up and down

“Aish get off” I slid his arms off of me, but she’s stubborn and hooks it on my arms again

“Who are you Ms?”

“Kim Taeyeon. Jiyong’s girlfriend”

“I’m not surprised at all”

“She’s not my girl-

“We just got together last week.”

“Jiyong didn’t tell me he has a girlfriend”

“Maybe because he doesn’t want me to share. He’s possessive an-

“Ms. Kim Can you please stop lying”

“Aww babe we don’t have to hide you know”

“I won’t hide my relationship if I have a beautiful girlfriend like you” Youngbae added

“That’s right you should be proud.” She giggled “Ji I cooked something for you. Let’s eat come on!” she held my hand pulling me on the nearest table

“Can I please join too?” Youngbae said

“Hmm Not sure I just want Jiyong to focus on me”

“Oh great,” I said sarcastically while rolling my eyes

“No problem I guess I’ll eat alone”

“Thank you for understanding. I just miss him so much. Your presence may you know distract him?” she said shamelessly

When Youngbae is out of sight. She opened the paper bag she was holding and prepare the food she makes

“Here,” She said handing me a piece of kimbap

“Stop it okay? I can eat by myself”

“Please Ji,” she said cutely.

“I said stop it. and don’t act cute you’re trying SOOO hard it’s so fake”

“You’re so mean!” she spat while pouting

“I’m saying the truth. And besides why are you here? You supposed to be in school today”

“It’s our lunch break, so I decided to visit because I really wanted to see you.”

“I hope this is the last you’ll do this. This is so embarrassing”

“You’re embarrassed because of me?” She said. Her mood turns completely different. She bows her head low unable to look into my eyes

“Yes, so, please. Don’t do this arrasseo?”

“Meanie” She whispered, but enough for me to heard what she just said

“Look, you are Jiyeonnie’s teacher and I should respect you. But you doing this stupid thing makes me act rude to

you. Don’t do this Ms. Kim it’s not good if other parents saw us together”

“But I -I really really like you” I’m quite surprised for the sudden confession. It’s look’s very sincere and she’s like

speaking from the heart

“There are lots of men out there. You’ll find someone who deserves you”

“Ji,” she said her eyes b with tears threatening to fall.

“Yah don’t cry here”

“I’m sorry,” she said and hurriedly pick her bag and immediately left

“Aish!” I groaned and ruffle my hair harshly
