While I have stated the rules, there are a few exceptions I am allowing if you are able to do the following:

1) If you are outside of the US and would still like to apply then you may BUT rules 1 and 3 are the biggest ones to follow

2) If in the event something happens and you go on hiatus for school, family reasons, health reasons, sudden reasons, then please let me know. I'm not extremely strick about this kind of thing and I understand if you need to give your attention to those things. Remember, this is for fun

3) If two members are both under the age of 20 and would like to date each other then I am willing to make that exception, but please be honest with me
