A few things to note: 

1. Once you apply, and I have accepted, you then have 24 hours to follow back otherwise you will not be able to rp as that member
2. The 24 hour time limit is another way for me to check that you are active at the very least once a day
3. You my be living in the US to apply (I have stated this in the rules but I have it here as well)
