Hong Yookyung’s POV:
(Monday, 7:03 am)
I sat on the classroom all alone waiting for a text to come. And it’s not just an ordinary text message. It’s from this sweet and nice text-mate of mine who I met via sms a month ago. Okay, to be honest, he’s this school’s Kingka who I strangely got along with despite me being the school’s loner. Well, close to loner, since I have 7 other friends. And he doesn’t know me but I know him. I don’t want him to know me since… well, I’m a loser. Suddenly, my phone beeps. I clicked it open and see a new message. I click on it with excitement but then it fades away when I checked it’s only from Namjoo. I sighed glumly and read it. Lee Sungyeol, where are you?

Kim Namjoo’s POV:
(Monday, 6:08 am)
“Have a great day at school, miss!” my driver called from inside the car.

I smiled at him from the window and nodded, “Kamsahamnida, Mr. Ahn! I will~” I sweetly replied, but just when I turned my back and walked farther, I mumbled, “I wish,” I really do. I wish I could have a great day. Of course, with other 7 best friends of mine, it’s a whoopie day but with bodyguards following me around school, it’s troublesome! I just wish I don’t have this too over-protective dad. But then again, I have to do something about it. And no, not talking to my dad about it. My dad never listens to a word I say, especially when I talk about freedom.

I then excuse myself to the bathroom, of course, that’s the only place where they can’t follow me around. I entered one stall and started digging into my bag for disguises. Yes, you may think this won’t work but my bodyguards happen to be a little stupid… so they won’t know *winkwink*. After wearing the disguises I had put on, I opened the door and look around for girls, luckily, no one else was there since it was too early. I check myself out at the mirror and I honestly thought I wasn’t Namjoo, gasp! Just kidding, I recognize it’s me. But probably from my idiotic bodyguard’s perspective, I’m a disgusting nerd whose hair is purple and has a temporary tattoo on her hand.

I took a deep breathe and casually walked out of the bathroom. As expected, my bodyguards were on the sides of the door. I feel their gazes following me but I warily ignored it and continued to walk away. Yes, this thing’s finally working! *mentally jumps for joy*

But then…

“Hey, have you seen any other girls go in the bathroom?”

“No, I don’t think so,”

“Could someone else be in the bathroom before mistress went in?”

“… It’s too early for someone else to be here,” Oh, shoot. They’ve found out. Those hairless hooligans actually found me out! I then made my steps faster. Just when I heard other footsteps getting nearer, I ran but I heard them run as well. Ugh.

I took a turn but then the next thing I knew; someone had his hand on my mouth and his other one around my waist. I grabbed a hold of his arm, ready to pound him when he spoke. “Shh, do you want to get caught?” he whispered.

I let go and looked to my right. As if on cue, I saw my guards running farther pass by us. I sighed in relief as soon as the guy had let me go. I then glared and looked at him. Aha! I knew it. It’s that stupid mean kid who I always argue with. What is he doing here early in the morning?

“Wow, you finally decided to save me?” I sarcastically said, crossing my arms.

He smirked, “Yes, of course. I wanted to be your savior for once, you troublesome kid,” he mumbled.

I gaped at the nickname and glared deeper, “Stupid Dog.”

“Excuse me?!” he snapped. Now, it was my turn to smirk.

“Oh, you wanna play it that way, huh? Fine, I could play that game. I bet I could even win right now,”

“Dream on, chihua-“

Before I could continue, he pushes me back and then yells, “HEY, KIM NAMJOO’S BODYGUARDS! SHE’S HERE! I GOT HER!” What the f- The next thing I knew, two hands were on my arms. I got caught. I turn my head at that traitor and glared.

“You’re so dead, Lee Howon,”

Oh Hayoung’s POV:
(Monday, 7:03)
“She’s so pretty,”

“I can’t believe she’s not dating anyone,”

“That’s good then I wouldn’t have to rip anyone to pieces,”

“Even if you do so, she’ll never forgive you,”

I pouted, that’s not true. I would forgive him but I doubt someone would do that, though. Waaaah, this school is scary~

I listen to more gossips as I walk down the hallways, but suddenly I bumped into someone. I fell backwards, my things collapsing and flying around everywhere. I also heard gasps around and more gossips getting deeper. I frowned and looked around, I then started reaching for my things and the guy helped. As I was reaching for the pen, he also got it. I looked up at him then I squealed. Kyaaaa! It’s him!!!~ “Oppa!” I cheerfully exclaimed, grinning ear to ear at him. I saw his cheeks go red and his hand pulls away from the pen.

I pouted slightly but smiled then anyways, “I haven’t seen you around lately, oppa~” he picks up my other things and stands up, handing me a hand without a word. I gratefully took his hand and stood up, tilting my head to the side after recognizing he hadn’t responded, “Oppa?” I blinked at him.

He looked up, smiled slightly and handed me my things, “M-Mianhae, Hayoung-ah. I gotta go,” I opened my mouth to protest but he bowed his head and walked past me. I watched him go with my lower lip sticking out. Lee Sungjong oppa, why can’t you see me?
