Break The Bottle
How to Life 101 :)Everyone will go through hard times in life.
When those times come, strong emotions usually come attached.
Don't bottle those emotions up.
If you feel the need to cry, let it out and ugly cry for as long as you want. If you are so angry you just have to break something, I recommend going to an Anger Room. Break all the stuff you want there.
If you're a little less aggressive but just as angry, feel free to scream into a pillow or go for a workout to take your mind off things.
It's best to let these emotions out, because keeping them inside may only cause more suffering down the road. Let them out now, and it'll do you a world of good in the end.
