Selena is a 21-year-old university student. Being an only child, all responsibilities fall flat on her shoulders. Juggling family, friends, degree work and a part-time job is physically, mentally and spiritually exhausting. Nevertheless, she strives to make it in this not so generous world for the sake of her mother who had worked day and night to raise her. Her father can be labelled as a bum; he does practically nothing all day, yet demands respect (and money) from his wife and daughter. 

 

The young girl despises love. Why wouldn't she? You fall head over heels for someone, exchange words of love, spend all possible free time with them, and eventually...usually it all ends like the love never existed. Besides, 48% marriages ended in a divorce. On the contrary, that is not always a bad thing. Growing up, she had hoped for her parents to split (which they did not). So, why would she not despite it? 

 

Little did she know, a simple shift at work will change her life. She will experience the sensation of breathlessness. A mysterious man with the ability to dig deeply into her body with his curious gaze.

 

Falling in love is not the problem. It is what comes after. Who will break first?
