Chapter 16

Hyunmi's POV.

Today is where I start college classes in University of Seoul. I started walking to my first class when I got to the university, which is vocal class. When I got there, I took a deep breath and thought, "don't be nervous, Hyunmi. You can do this!"

When I got inside the classroom, there were 20 people in that class. I gulped and just sat in the back since I didn't want to interact with anyone and it was nerve wreaking to see 20 people were in this class. Suddenly when I sat down, someone sat next to me and it was a cute girl, she looked like the same age as me; she looked at me and asked with a nice smile, "is anyone sitting here?"

I shook my head with a small smile and she asked with a huge smile, "can I sit next to you then?"

I nod with a small smile since I didn't want to be rude. She smile even more and introduce herself as she put her hand out, "I'm Gahyeon."

"H-Hyunmi," I answer and shook her hand with a smile. Gahyeon smile at me and reply, "let's be friends, I don't have any friends here since my friends already graduated college and are trainees at Happy Face Entertainment."

"So, are you a trainee then?!" I ask with a surprised face, she nod smiling and reply, "yeah, I am and I am *whispers* going to debut soon."

"Congrats!" I reply with a excited face, "even though I hardly know you."

"Don't worry about it," she reply smiling, "we are friends now."

"Why me though?"I ask with a confused face. She answer with a huge smile, "because you look like the type of person I would love to hang out with."

"No way," I laughed. She nod as she was laughing, "yes way."

The teacher came in and said, "good morning class."

"Good morning," we all reply when the teacher came in. She reply smiling, "I am Miss Lee and I will be your vocal teacher today."

We all clapped and she reply smiling, "alright, we should get started."

"I'll see you later?" Gahyeon asked with a smile on her face. I nod with a smile as we wave goodbye when we got out of class. She reply with a smile, "remember to text me, so we can hang out!"

I nod at her with a smile and she left to go to her next class. I looked at the time and it was 11:14 A.M. I thought looking around, "maybe I should go eat."

I started walking to the cafeteria and I accidently bumped into someone. I looked to see who it was and it was a guy with brown hair; he is cute, but he looked older than me. I bowed with a apologetic face, "sorry, I did-"

"No, it was my fault," he explain with a smile on his face, "I didn't look where I was going."

I shook my head and reply with a smile, "I guess it is both of our faults then."

"Yeah, but anyways, again I am so-" he reply, but I cut him off, "don't worry about it."

I walked away from him after I said that and notice that he was still staring at me, but I ignore it. I sighed to myself and thought, "at least there is some people who are nice."

When I got to the cafeteria, it was full of people and I thought not feeling like I should stay in the cafeteria, "might as well get food and find somewhere else to eat."

When I got my sandwich and water bottle, I was about to walk out until I saw Jihee; she was reading and studying anatomy by herself. I ignored her and walked out of the cafeteria. I started walking to a empty room and sat down since there was no class, I started eating my sandwich and thought to myself, "I am always lonely."

"What are you doing here in this room?"

I turn to look and see it was Jisung smiling at me. I smiled at him and he sat next to me, I ask with a smile on my face, "what are you doing here?"

"This is my room for next class and it doesn't start in 30 minutes," Jisung answer me as he was looking at his watch. I ask with a smile, "why are you here so early?"

"I thought I would get lost for class, so I came early," Jisung explain with a cheeky smile. I shook my head as I was smiling at him and reply, "you are such a goofball."

"Only for you," he reply with a smile and then wink at me. I rolled my eyes and started eating my sandwhich again. He ask, "how is your sandwich, princess?"

"It's not bad," I answer as I finish chewing. He chuckled and reply, "you look like a chipmunk right now."

"More like you are," I argue with a laugh. Jisung rolled his eyes and argue with a pout, "whatever, I don't look like one at all."

"Yes, you do," I argue back as I was taking a bite from my sandwhich. He looked at my sandwich and took a bite from mine. I looked at him with a surprise face and shout, "yah! Jisung! That was mine!"

"So?" He ask with a chuckle and I playfully glare at him, then chased after him when he ran away from me.

When Jisungs' class started, I left his classroom and went to find the dance practice rooms since if I wanted to become an idol, I have to learn how to dance; dancing is my worst class ever. Other people might think dancing is better, I think not. When I got to the dance class, I looked around and see no one was in there. I thought looking around the room, "I guess, I am the first one here."

I sat on the ground and my back was against the mirrors. I looked around the room again and thought, "the room looks pretty decent."

Suddenly, the door opened and so many people came in the room. I thought feeling nervous, "I have a feeling that I won't be able to like this class at all."

Everyone sat down with a bunch of group of friends, while I was sitting by myself in the corner and watching everyone talking with their friends. I thought feeling lonely, "I wish I had someone to talk to."

All of the students look at the door when the door open and I saw it was that guy that I bump into in the hallway. He look around and then saw his friend. He went to him and high five him with a smile as everyone was still staring at him. He look around again while he was still talking to his friend, then his eyes saw me. He walk towards me as everyone stare at him and his friend got confuse, but follow suit. I can hear some girls whispering that him and his friend is cute, handsome, and cool. He sat next to me and his friend sat next to him. The guy that I bump into reply with a smile on his face as he was looking at me, "so we meet again."

"I guess so," I shyly reply. He smile at me and put his hand out, then introduce himself, "I'm Daeyeol."

"Hyunmi," I introduce myself with a shy smile and shook his hand with my hand. Daeyeol smile and introduce his friend, "this is Donghyun, he is a friend and we are gonna be in a group together."

"You guys are in a group?!" I ask with a surprise face. Donghyun nod with a shy smile and answer, "we are called Golden Child."

"Ooohh! Well, I'll be your fan from now on," I reply with a smile. I can feel everyones eyes on me, Daeyeol, and Donghyun; making me feel awkward, but Daeyeol and Donghyun kept making me feel comfortable as they were still talking to me, so I didn't remember everyones eyes staring at me. The dance teacher came in and we all stood up from our spot in silence, then bow at the dance teacher, "good afternoon."

"Good afternoon, students," he reply smiling at everyone, "I am Mr. Bang and I am here to teach you hip hop dancing."

We all clapped for him and stopped when he continue with a smile, "first day is simple, show us your moves and introduce who you are in the middle of the circle."

"I-Int-Introduce?" I thought with a shocked face, "n-no~!!"

"Alright, lets' start with someone who is the most confident person," he reply smiling. Donghyun came out with a smile on his face and introduce himself, "hello, my name is Donghyun and I am going to be in a new boy group called Golden Child."

Mr. Bang started to put some music for him and he started dancing very well. I was very amazed how well he danced and when he finished, we all started clapping for him. Donghyun came back to his spot and I quietly to Donghyun, "you did a good job!"

Donghyun smile at me and I gave him a thumbs up. then he did it back to me. Next was a girl with long black hair, she had pale skin, and she didn't look like she is Korean. She bowed with a smile and introduce herself, "hello, I am Kyulkyung from a new girl group called Pristin."

"Show us your moves, Miss Kyulkyung," Mr. Bang reply with a smile on his face. She nodded and he played the music. She started dancing and had some sick moves. My mouth was wide open from the way she dance and I thought to myself, "dang, she is a good dancer."

She finished with an amazing pose and bowed to us, while we were all clapping for her. So many students went up to dance and they either were really cool or cute dances. I just watched them in awe until it was Daeyeols' turn to dance. He went up and had a cold face on, then reply with a bow, "hello, my name is Daeyeol and I am in a new group called Golden Child."

He started dancing when the music came on and I was wowed by him. He is a fantastic dancer, his moves went in sync and his facial expression was just wow. When the song ended, everyone clapped and he stood next to me. He asked with a smile on his face, "what do you think?"

"You were amazing," I reply with an amazed face and put my thumbs up. Donghyun roll his eyes and comment, "I am better than him."

I chuckled at Donghyuns' comment. Daeyeol roll his eyes and then chuckle. He look at me and ask, "are you gonna show your moves to them?"

I shook my head with a nervous face and answer, "n-no, I-I can-can't d-d-da-dance."

"Come on," he reply smiling, "I'm sure you know some dance moves."

"Ha ha, I only know how to do cute dance covers," I nervously reply. Donghyun smiled and reply, "then just tell them that you can only do cute dance moves."

I shyly shook my head and reply, "I am a introvert, so I just can't do it at all."

"Well, you should know that if you want to be an idol, you have to take some confidence to know that you have to sing and dance in front of people," Daeyeol reply with a smile, "I was like that once."

"But, you got over it," I said with a pout on my face. He nodded with a smile and reply, "well, it takes time to get over it."
