When Christmas came Sanha got his wish. We talked under the street lamp as we usually did. 

"You got what you wished for..."

"Yeah... I did... Did you get what you wanted?"

I thought for a moment. What did I want?

"Sanha, are you happy?"

Sanha looked down at me, his usual expression replaced with a thoughtful look.

"I guess so..."

I hummed.

"Then I guess I got what I wanted."

"Are you happy?"

I smiled as I sipped from the warm cup in my hands.

"Yes... Yes I am Sanha..."

"Then... I am happy."

I turned to Sanha, a smile although small was placed on his lips.

At the sight of that my smile grew.

The happiness I had never felt was now spreading throughout me.

Perhaps I had fallen in love.
