Description

Following an alternate version of what we know and love to be Hogwarts, Kim Jongin, Kang Seulgi, Jung Soojung, and Oh Sehun are faced with the everlasting classism and prejudice against each house. The Gryffindor, the mighty and the annoying within the castle create conflict and take advantage of their long winning House and Quidditch Cup. The other houses are not as rambunctious and hearty, though when a surprising attack on the Gryffindor that point fingers all towards the Slytherin house, it is up to the Head Boy Jongin and Head Girl Soojung, as well as the house representatives, Seulgi and Sehun, to figure out who attacked Gryffindor and why.

Author's Note

as you can see, this is set in the harry potter world that j.k. rowling had set up for us fans. i started reading harry potter again, and had decided to bring my four favourites, who fit the house traits perfectly. this is not going to be in the harry potter universe, but instead the magical wizarding universe i had created with respects to the inspiration rowling has given me. i will use a plot much like voldemort's, but i won't use a plot like harry's. i want to create a world you can be immersed in, characters to fall in love with, and an antagonist that makes you cry a little on the inside. i want to shine a light on all the things i thought were missing in her books, and i want to create some things on my own. 

i hope you find this fanfic not only entertaining but well written. i try my best to keep everyone updated, and make sure each chapter is moreover important to the story rather than just a filler. i hope you like my choices of seulgi, jongin, sehun and krystal and many other kpop artist's house i chose. because, i'll be honest and say that: it took a bit of time to think about it. please enjoy, subscribe if it's interesting, upvote if you adore it, and comment for feedback or things you'd like to see (or predictions).

Chapter 6: I just found this fic today and I must say that I really love this. Looking for more interactions between the four main characters and to know more about them and how the story unfolds.

Chapter 6: "how many times has he seen her walk away.." gives me an impression that there's something going on between them in the six years they're in hogwarts considering how they're head to head in academic performance and although they 'knew of' each other. cmiiw. i love how although all four of them are in their respective houses, they don't really portray the houses? (i hope it makes sense with how i word my sentence) and that actually kinda highlights all the houses prejudice we are gonna see further in the story. and I'm for in a ride for sure. there's many things that are whirling on my mind especially regarding soojung and sehun's families (her sort of complicated relationship with her father and ofc his mystery relationship with his mother), the twenty years ago incident, THAT VOICE at the end of the chapter (had a hunch maybe it was from the pipe just like in the second book of hp OH WAIT IT COULD BE RIGHT i am shook jshsh especially you hinted that the voice is of a snake) i can't wait to see how you will unfold everything and i am prepared for any possible angst and major characters death cause i know there will be some :'))) i am pretty sure there are subtle hints here and there related to the story building you put in chapters that you have posted but maybe i am reaching sjhshs but this is story is never boring for me to reread it so i think i would reread this later and gonna pull my detective instinct out ;D
also regarding sulli's character, is jennie in this chapter supposed to be sulli? i don't really mind either of them as long as the character fits. so long as you think either of them is fitting for the character, i think that's the best option!

Chapter 6: i didnt even realized that it has been 3 years :o anywayy, welcome backk~! and regarding sulli’s character, i don’t really mind if u wanna keep her character cause it’s fine for me but it’s up to you whatever that suits the story :)

i can’t wait for the 4 main characters’ interactions cause for now its only sekai, kaistal and seulhun so i’m looking forward to the next chapter ^^

Chapter 6: So I decided to read from the beginning again because why not!

First, I really like each pair's relationship dynamic. Seulhun is like the cute/bff/friends to lovers kinda type (at least that's what I'm getting) while Kaistal is more like the angsty type.

I really really like Seulgi's character like what people have said. She is totally the Hufflepuff type but also, I really like how she notices people around her. I know that she will be listening ears to those that need it especially Soojung since I feel like she has so much bottled up and can't express herself. I also saw on Twitter about Seulhun and someone made a HP AU about them and yea Hufflepuff was Seulgi and Slytherin was Sehun. It was so cute and I can totally picture them like that. Also, the way she reacted to Sehun at the end of chapter 3 is how I react to Sehun in real life. He's so good looking.

Jongin, is so loveable. I don't like the friends he hangs out with since I feel like they bring him down but I feel like they will help build his character in the future. I like how he battles with himself about how he truly feels about the friends he hangs out with and especially about Soojung as well. I am excited to see how his character will develop in the future.

Soojung, omg I can feel for her. To have this burden of being Head Girl and to have all these people around having misconceptions about you because of your family is hard. I think she needs a friend that she can just vent to. That's why I feel like Seulstal's friendship would be so cute. I like how she has Jinri and Jennie as well. Also, her denial about having feelings or at least something for Jongin is really really adorable.

Sehun is so misunderstood that it hurts my heart. I hope that everyone can see the good in him and not put the blame on him for every bad thing that happens. I feel like Sehun will shine in the near future and I hope he can prove everyone wrong.

With Jinri, it still makes me sad but personally, for me, I don't get affected by seeing her name in fanfics. I will support whatever you decide to do :)

Chapter 6: HAHA so confession. I thought I couldn't find this fic anymore so I headed over to AO3 and found it over there. Didn't think I'd see a notification pop up on AFF for this. I will re-read it again and be back with my comment. Thanks for the update!
