After so much tugging on his hair and screaming into his pillows, he decided that maybe it really was time to confess and get over with it. And even if Jongin didn't like him back, he'll still try more than his best to keep what they had before.

5 minutes after he sent the message, he still got no answer and worry started to get over him. "Maybe this was a bad move and I should have waited a little bit before confessing to him" thought Kyungsoo. And as he picked his phone again and was about to type another message to hide his indirect confession, his phone beeped indicating that a new message has arrived.

And there goes Kyungsoo's hope of confessing to Jongin through songs and him actually understanding the meaning behind it. "Jongin is either an oblivious idiot or he just hates me so much and wants to torture me to no end" Kyungsoo thought.

Kyungsoo was literally gaping like a fish at this point, "this really can't be happening" said Kyungsoo once again but louder this time. He really can't tell if Jongin is just too dumb or if he's too smart to the point where he's playing him so Kyungsoo would spill everything.
Kyungsoo didn't know what to reply with, he surely got trapped this time.

After a lot of thinking and analyzing different answers and maybe even lies, he ended up going with just telling the truth. He was willing to go all in when he started doing this anyways.
