At the office. 2.35 p.m

Chaeng’s POV

                It took me 15 minutes to reach the company  because of traffic jam. I entered the built and went through the security but I was stopped by one the guards. “ hey kid! You’re not suppose to be here!”. ‘’ I just realised that still in my school uniform. “ Hey you need to- ” the guard stopped when he identified me. “ I’m sorry sir I didn’t recognise you” the guard keep repeating while bowing to me a few times.  I just nodded and passed through him.  I reach my floor and greeted by my assistant who looks terrible. “ what exactly happened?” I ask my assistant. “ I-I was doing some work while eating, then I accidently spill some food on the papers that you need me to submit and I freaked out. that’s why I called you” she explained. I let out a heavy sigh “ this isn’t your first time, finish your work and pack up your things.” I uttered sternly and went into my personnel  office, didn’t forget to take a glance of my assistant who is crying. I felt bad for letting her go but I have to do this or it will get worse. I re-do the work that she messed up, it took me 1 ½ hours to finish it. I also personally submit it to the director.  After I finished my work I had a spare time so I decided to fix my hair neatly and cleaned up my uniform nicely. I went out to my fav café. When I arrived I was greeted by a familiar figure at the cashier. “ hello sir, can I-” she stopped the greeting, “ I didn’t know you work here, Mina.” I said smirking while tilting my head signalling that her manager is watching her.  She didn’t understand it and still frowning, the manager came to her “ Myoui Mina! Why are you not greeting the customer nicely?”. “ my apology sir” mina bowed to his manager than she faced me putting a fake smile “ what would you like to order sir?”. I just nodded “ I want a Caramel Latte with whip cream and chocolate glaze please.” She punch in the request “ that will be 18 dollars sir”. I paid for my drink, I went to a table near the window. Staring at Mina who is making my drink ‘ she is quite beautiful’ I thought to myself.  I saw Mina was on her way to my table, she kept frowning looking at me then suddenly a customer accidently hit her tray made her dropped my drink to the floor. “ MYOUI MINA! come here. Jackson clean the mess” her manager said sternly obviously angry about it, the manager kept scolding at her but she kept her head low. When she finished getting scolded she went back to the station and made me another drink. “ here you go sir, sorry for the long wait. Have a nice day” she says giving a small bow. I look at her I could see her face was a little red so I grabbed her wrist to make her stop leaving. “ are you okay Mina?” I ask worriedly. ‘I just met her today! Why are you worried all of the sudden! Get it together Chaeng!’ I cursed to myself as I let go of her hand. She just nodded and disappeared.

 I was getting more worry about her so I quickly finished my drink and went to the back of the café. There I saw Mina was trapped in between a guy, that scene really make my blood boiled. “ Mina please go out with me?” the guy ask her. “ no Bambam I already told you I’m busy” Mina stated to the Bambam guy. “ at least let me kiss you or have a one night stand, you will probably love it!” Bambam leaning into Mina. Mina pushed him with all her might but it didn’t budge a bit, she was exhausted from work and also from all the crying earlier. I was really inpatient so with an act of impulse I quickly ran to them and pushed Bambam a side. Mina was really shocked, she didn’t even blink at all. I cupped her cheeks gently and ask “ Mina are you okay?” shaking her slowly. When she was back to reality she nodded rapidly, I can see her eyes was watery. ‘ she must’ve been really scared’ I thought then I feel a tap on my shoulder. “ Kid you should your own business” Bambam said to me. “ didn’t you hear her? She said she wasn’t interested. Are you deaf? Even I could hear her angelic voice from far away” I answered him truthfully. Bambam threw a punch at me which I dodge , the I kick his right leg and made him kneel in front of me. I punch his face a few times when I wanted to give him a last punch but Mina stopped me. Her hands were wrapped around mine, I can see her cheeks was really from all the crying. I
