Description
Being the daughter of a fishmonger, you were rather poor and was not able to have anything you wanted. You were treated by rubbish by your parents. You had nothing to your name till you met him, Yong Junhyung. He made you feel like you were his everything. You felt loved by him. He was the only other person who ever cared for you other that your elder brother, Yang Seungho. But then, the one who promised to love you forever changed. Was he the same person you actually knew?
Yang Miyoung (You)
Daughter of a fishmonger. Extremely naive and silly. Loves to daydream and can be rather sensitive at times. Has been in a relationship with Junhyung for almost a year. Has a very fragile heart and feels extremely insecure due to being insulted by her parents when she was younger. Occasionally, she will cry herself to sleep in the night as she feels unwanted most of the time. Is very self conscious and shy when alone.
Yong Junhyung
Park Miyoung's boyfriend. Very thoughtful but rather selfish at times. Is a huge player and eyes the pretty girls. He is the guy most girls dream of. Handsome, strong and is eyecandy material. Has never been in a relationship for more than 2 months, but Miyoung is an exception. Loves Miyoung a lot but changes towards her suddenly.
Yang Seungho
Yang Miyoung's elder brother. Very protective towards her and promises to make anyone sorry when they hurt his sister. Rather aggressive at times but is a sweet and sentimental guy deep in heart. He can be rather selfish at times, but only for the welfare of others. Believes that a good deed should indeed be returned with a good deed.
Kim Sunggyu
A random stranger Miyoung met in an isolated park. He came to her rescue when her bicycle tire was punctured. From then on, he was always present whenever she needed help. Thus, earning the nickname 'Superman' from her. Has a warm heart and loves helping everyone.
Tiffany Hwang Miyoung

Every heard the saying of two peas in a pod? That would be the perfect word to describe Tiffany and Miyoung. Both sharing the same hangul name, they are equally as similar in their thinking and habits. Tiffany is like the elder sister Miyoung never had. She also gives the best advice to muddle headed Miyoung. With her irresistible eyesmile and gracious heart, whoever can resist her?

Foreword
"I'm sorry, I promise I'l make it up to you ok? I'm busy now and I'll call you later."
Again. He always promises that. Why did he always keep me waiting? It's been the 4th time this month he's used the same excuse. I bet he doesn't even remember its our one year anniversary next week. I think, he doesn't love me anymore...
I sighed, tossing the can of coke I brought for him into the trash can. I walked down that path alone again.
When will you ever be free to be with me again? I miss you Yong Junhyung.
-Flashback-
'Will you always promise to be with me forever?'
We walked down the path side by side watching the beautiful autumn leaves fall off the trees. I watched the orange, brown and red leaves float slowly onto the ground.
'I promise,' he smiled as he wrapped his hand around mine, 'even till you're gray, wrinkly and clumsy!'
I frowned as I punched his shoulder with my free hand. 'Me wrinkly and gray? I think that is more of a description of you Junnie!'
'Ok, ok. You're the prettiest and best for me Miyoung. I promise to be with you forever and ever, even when I'm old and smelly.' He smiled as his turned to face me.
I laughed happily as I jumped onto his back. 'I like you the best too, even more then chocolate' giggling shyly before wrapping my arms around his neck.
'I love you Yang Miyoung and I promise to never let you be alone,' he responded as he held onto my legs to support me.
Laying my head on his shoulder, I gave him a light peck on the cheek before whispering into his ear, 'I love you too Yong Junhyung.'
-End of flashback-
I wiped the tear that had fallen from my eyes as I smiled reminiscing the happy times we had together.
Didn't you promise to be with me forever? Where were you now at a time when I needed you the most to share the joy with me?
