Chaeyoung’s POV

“Where are we?” mina asked as I turned off the engine of my car, I smiled warmly at her

“My parent’s house, they are in America now”

“Why here?” she looked at the small villa my dad owns

“More safe for you, I will talk to your father and protect you” I comforted her doubts “Do you trust me?” I added

She smiled weakly and nodded

I left the car and went to her door, she wore her underwear while I was driving, I wrapped her body in the blanket and carried her bridal style

“Omo Omo Omo! I am okay!” she panicked

“It’s okay” I looked at her face that was so close to mine “Your comfort is mine too”

She smiled at me and looked down shyly as I walked to the villa’s door, where I opened it with some struggles, I let her stand as soon we entered, she was fascinated and shocked by the villa’s interior

“Wow” was the only thing she said

“My father is a jeweler by the way”

“Wow” she added with the same cute tone and I just smiled shyly

“Let’s go upstairs” I led her to the stairs and she followed me, holding her shoes and outfit while making sure she is hiding her body

“Uh~ so girly!” I faked a disgusted sound “It’s my sister’s room, she is married so you can use it”

“No no it’s for som-“

“There is outfit also in the wardrobe!” I cut her off showing her the outfit “Take a shower and I will be in the kitchen”

I smiled and was about to leave when I felt her hand on my forearm, she is just holding my arm why my heart is beating so fast?

I turned my head and looked at her “thank you” she said softly

“No need, mina-ssi” I smiled back and left the room, closing the door I started hitting my heart… from one thousand girls I met in my life, this is the first time I feel like this…

Since my parents aren’t home, the fridge was empty, so I told my waiter, Jackson, to bring me some merchandise from the grocery shop, while I changed into a comfortable black hoodie and gray sweatpants…

I was waiting for him in the living room, my mind is with mina. should I see where she is? Should I see what she is doing? But I want her to feel free so I just sat there silently watching TV until I heard the sound of the doorbell.

I opened the door and Jackson was panting like he just ran one hundred kilometers, he left the plastic bags on the floor

“Hyung! You made me buy ingredients more than the one I buy for the restaurant”  he said handing me the shopping bill while I laugh, it showed  85$, I gave him 100$

“Keep the rest! Thanks Jackson!”

“Hyung I love you!” he said as I slammed the door in his face

Since I don’t know what mina prefers, chicken or beef, I, with strength I went to her room, I was about to knock on the door when she opened it, her black hair was wet, and she was wearing a Nike gray sweater pants with black hoodie… just like me. We looked at each other in shock.

“Uhm I- I was” I took a deep breath “I want to cook for you do you like Italian food?”

She thought for a bit “I tried it once or twice, but I am okay with it”

“Chicken or beef?”

“Chicken”

I smiled at her “Same”

I kept staring at her, her make up is gone, and her face was glowing, like a diamond.

“Chaeyoung?” she said

“Hm? Yes! I will go and cook haha!” I said awkwardly and rushed to the kitchen while cursing myself mentally.

I decided to make chicken mushroom and fettuccine, I lost count about how many time I made these dishes but everything was different now, I wanted to make them perfect just to make her happy and make her satisfied with the taste. I was cutting the mushrooms when she came in, luckily I didn’t cut my finger

“should I help you?” she asked

“No! just sit”

“nae~” she sat on the chair, she is so calm that I forgot she is with me.

“Hmm the smell~” she hummed, I felt my heart jumping in its place, I hope the taste will be that good”

I placed the plate in front of her, she was looking down at it and clapped her hands together

“I will eat well” she said, I was eating fettuccine and fortunately the taste was great and I can see it on her face, she ate from both meals which made me satisfied.

“nice?”

“nae! You are a really good cooker”

I smiled warmly at her “then you have to try all the meals I make”

“I am anticipating it”

I kept staring at her eyes, until she got up and grabbed the dirty dishes

“I will do it” I said

“Noo go and rest, I will clean the kitchen I like these chores”

I nodded and went to the living room, waiting for her to finish while playing some games on play station

Eventually, she came and sat next to me calmly, watching me

“eyew!” she said when I stood on the character’s head and blew it up

“this is my favorite game” I said, eyes focused on the screen

“Can I try? I always wanted to try playing it”

“Sure!” I offered her the controller, I didn’t need to tell her what to press, how can she be so good at gaming?

“WoW!” I said when she finished the mission, alone without my instruction

She giggled shyly “I really like video games”

“I can see that” I added and smiled at her, our eyes locked for few seconds before she got up quickly

“G-Good night chaeyoung” she rushed upstairs whole I was unable to move, I am totally in love with her and I am sure she is afraid of that.

Morning momo was checking her phone continually, she is about to meet her father and mark, she was sitting next to her mom in the restaurant waiting for them when they finally came, unlike the normal engaged couple, mark and momo greet each other with a smile, and sometimes, with a handshake.

He sat in front of her, after random conversations about work that momo couldn’t join, her father looked at her and sighed

“Momo” he said grabbing her from her deep thought

“Your wedding is next month” he stated

“EHHH?”

“it’s mark’s suggestions” her mom added, “I think he really can’t wait till he marry you”

Mark smiled at momo, while the latter faked a one, her mind is with jeongyeon, how is she gonna tell him? That she is a cheater.

“But what about my dream dad?” momo asked
