3 years ago, taeyong met a boy named yuta.

Taeyong was a shy boy known for being the most amazing member of the cooking club, he was in his last year of school when he went to the library and found a boy sleeping in the hallway blocking his way, taeyong moved him a little “excuse me, I don’t want to bother you but I need a book” taeyong says not too loud but enough for the boy to hear him.

Taeyong is not the talkative type, he is fine with hearing his friends talking about anything and johnny and ten talk a lot, so when yuta introduces himself one day in the backyard taeyong froze without knowing what to do “you’re shy, right? It’s ok, you are lee taeyong isnt it? I heard a lot about you, you are very famous because of your food” yuta stopped, and taeyong remember it as if it was yesterday; yuta smiled at him “let’s be friends lee taeyong” yuta said.

A week later he was having lunch with yuta “you know, I really want to make you laugh” yuta said, and taeyong felt like he was so boring and yuta would hate him “I’m sorry” he said, but yuta never stopped smiling “you know I love food but I at cooking, otherwise you don’t eat too much but you are an amazing cooker, I think the universe got wrong here” and when yuta finished taeyong started to laugh he couldn’t stop, and there was yuta with his “shock” face. Every time taeyong remember it he laughs just like that day

2 years ago yuta asked taeyong to go in a date with him and that day yuta said “I really like you” that was the first time taeyong saw yuta being shy “I like you too” that was taeyong answer, that day taeyong received his first kiss and it was from the person he was sure he would love until the day the earth stops moving.

1 year ago taeyong and yuta had a fight because there was a guy who liked yuta and taeyong wasn't ok with that, because what if yuta stops loving him? But that night yuta maked clear one point, he said “ you know, there are so many people in the world and I don’t even care about them because I have you, I’m so grateful with life because of you, I’m so happy I felt asleep that day in the library because I love you and even if I get blind I will still love you, or if I can't hear I’ll still love you, I only wish I can spend my  life with you because even when I'll die I will still love you” .
 

3 months ago the 15th of September, yuta was walking to his home, he was alone because he was visiting taeyong who was sick a guy shooted at him, when he arrived to the hospital he was alive but He was very serious, yuta’s mom called taeyong.

“hey yu… I’m here” taeyong said but something inside him knew that it was going to be their last conversation

“I’m so happy because I met you” yuta’s words were hardly heard
 

“don’t say that, you are going to be ok, remember? We have to spend our lifes together, I don’t want to let you go, you would be alone and no one would cook for you” taeyong stopped for a minute to clean his tear when he felt yuta’s hand on his face “be happy, I’ll be watching you” he said.

“don’t please, you can’t leave because I won’t love anyone like you, no one in this world is like you and I don’t want anyone just you, yuta I love you” and when taeyong finished his words yuta smiled and closed his eyes, the monitor showed that his heart is no longer beating, and suddenly his cheeks were no longer pink, that’s when taeyong understood that yuta’s heart that once used to beat for him have stopped, that he would not be able to smile, or eat, or kiss, the nakamoto yuta he met once in the library and who always was smiling now is dead.

Tomorrow is going to be 3 months since yuta is not here, taeyong is looking at his phone and he has a million messages from his friends

“are you ok?”

“want to go outside?”

“how are you”

But 3 months ago, the world stopped for taeyong he spends his days and nights in his house reading his conversations with yuta, and remember how was the life when he loved someone, in his house taeyong remember the boy he is going to love till he stops breathing even if yuta is not here anymore.

The police still working on yuta’s case to catch the guilty

“I want some time, I want more time with him I want to love him more why did he die? Please I want him back” taeyong says before falling asleep.

“Do you want more time with him?”

Taeyong hears a voice, he can’t see anything “I do!” he says even when he doesn’t know who is he talking with

“you have to save him” the voice says.

Taeyong wakes up in his room the sun is up, for some reason smells like chicken, taeyong feels sad like every day since yuta died

“taeyong, I won’t call you one more time! Please come down for breakfast, you have to go to school and yuta is waiting for you!” taeyong’s mom screams from the kitchen

Taeyong is in shock, what did his mother said? yuta is waiting for him? That was a terrible joke and taeyong is so mad now, so he go down stairs to the kitchen

“why are you like this!? Why are you telling me that yuta is waiting for me when he clearly he is not because he is dead”! taeyong screams in tears to his mom

“yongie my love, what’s wrong? Why are you saying that?” mrs lee hugs his son “it’s ok, it was a bad dream yuta is behind you, look say hi” she says

Taeyong turns to see, and there it is yuta with the school uniform smiling, and taeyong haven’t see that smile for 3 months, why is yuta there? Why is he with his school uniform, they graduated 2 years ago

“yu-yu-yuta? Is it really you?” taeyong says, his tears can't stop going out he wants to hug him but he is afraid that maybe this is just a dream

“who else would It be? And why are you saying that I’m dead!? Do you hate me that much?” yuta says, it would be funny but taeyong is so sad and he looks like he stayed the whole night crying “come on hyung, it’s ok, it was a bad dream” yuta says trying to hug taeyong

“I think you two needs to stay in home today, I’ll call to the school” mrs lee goes to make the call

Taeyong doesn’t know what is happening, but somehow, he feels really happy, seeing yuta is the best thing that happen to him since that day, he goes with yuta to his room, and yuta carries juice and some chocolate cookies

“hyung, what’s wrong?” yuta asks when taeyong is calm but he looks so confused

“I don’t know, I…” taeyong stopped when he remembers that in their last year of school they are not a couple yet, and if this dream is real taeyong should not say anything about that “I guess I just had a really bad dream, you were there and everything was so horrible” taeyong starts to cry again, so yuta goes by his side

“it’s ok, it was just a dream, I’m here, see” and yuta touches taeyong hand.

Taeyong falls asleep next to yuta while he reads a manga and then taeyong listen the voice again

“you said you want more time”

“what is this? And who are you?” taeyong says, he is in the middle of the street, he is watching someone in front of him dress all black and he can’t see his face because he is far away, and like that taeyong can hear him very well

“you have more time, use it well, you need to save him” the guy says

The street where taeyong is, is very dark but taeyong feels like he can recognize this place

“use your time well” and the guy disappear

Taeyong wakes up and there it is yuta next to him, reading the manga he was reading when taeyong felt asleep, and taeyong remembers what that voice told him in his dream you have more time so that means that he can start all over again and save yuta.

“are you ok now?” yuta says looking at taeyong’s doe eyes, he is worry about his best friend

“yes, I’m fine… I’m sorry I scared you I said some horrible things” taeyong is feeling a lot of things, he is happy because he can see yuta again, scared because he wants to save yuta and confused because he doesn’t know what is happening

Yuta knows taeyong since the beginning of the year, and he knows him really well and when taeyong is like this he knows what to do, so he gives his friend a back hug taeyong loves those and yuta is not into skin ship that much but he knows taeyong loves affection and sometimes he is like a 5-year-old kid

“why are you doing this?” taeyong asks, feeling the warm of yuta and remembering his cold hands the day he died

“just stay quiet, I don’t like to see you sad” yuta says, breathing in taeyong’s neck and smelling his perfume he smells so good and yuta loves it.
