At a fan-meeting at Kyungwan High

Jiyun’s POV

I clutched my hands as I looked at Sunggyu, who was on the stage with the rest of the members, nervously. The boys were randomly picking names from a glass bowl, and the lucky girls would be able to join them on stage for fanservice. I kept praying that I’d get picked by Sunggyu. There was no one else I wanted.

“Class 304, Kim Jiyun!”

I heard the MC call my name and my heart skipped a beat. Everyone around me squealed and started pushing me towards the stage. I slowly looked up to see who it was.

I saw Hoya waving and smiling at me. Darn. That means I’d not get Sunggyu.

I couldn’t help looking disappointed and sulked a little as I went on stage. Why was it Hoya? I’d settle for anyone but him.

He probably doesn’t remember, but we were acquaintances from before. And there was an event that made me hold resentment towards him till this day. It doesn’t affect my love for Sunggyu and Infinite though. I just don’t like Hoya.

But for some weird reason, I see him wherever I go. I’d hate to admit that that’s affinity.

Somewhere in the heavenly realms, there was a group of cupids with their commander.

“The rest of the cupids may leave. Eunhyuk, I need a private talk with you.” The commander said.

The boy with blonde hair called Eunhyuk lifted his head up and looked at the commander with noticeable fear in his eyes.

“I notice that you haven’t been doing very well with this couple I assigned you. It’s been a year already and there’s still no progress? At all?”

“I’m s-sorry commander, but this is a really difficult case...”

“Yes I am aware. Which is why I entrusted it to you. I know you are a capable cupid Eunhyuk, but if there’s still no progress for the next six months I’ll have to punish you.”

Eunhyuk’s eyes widened. “I’ll try my best!” He said loudly and gave a 90 degree bow before walking away.
