Namjoon pov

 

September is a beautiful month that i wish i can go back to. Not because of the weather but because i met a special person on that month. It’s a long story and I'll get there,but let me first introduce myself to you. My name is Kim namjoon i am in my early 20s and work at a club….yeah i know, I actually like the people that i work with let me introduce them to you

 

First is Oh Sohee she's very chill and funny.

Second is Kim taehyung he's a daegu boy who's personality is brighter than my future.

And last but not least is Min yoongi he's a daegu boy too but his personality is like my grandfather.

 

They're part of this story too…..where do i start? Ok, it was the 21st of September and as usual i was working along with my work buddies. It was the afternoon and it was packed….clubbing is a lifestyle for some of these people.

 

Sohee: It would be nice if it wasn't this pack

Yoongi: it's never nice in general

Taehyung: Why do you work here again?

Yoongi: For the free drinks duh

Me: I agree with sohee it would be nice if it wasn't this pack

Sohee: lately more people are coming…..i think I'm claustrophobic

Taehyung: But i don't see santa clause anywhere

Yoongi: No Idiot, she's feeling uncomfortable with the amount of people

Sohee: there's so many people you can't even see the floor

Taehyung: What do we do!?

Yoongi: Kill them…...hahaha just kidding

Sohee: That sad that i was thinking the same….

Me: I Have an idea…

Taehyung: Which is?

Me: I bust out my dance moves

Yoongi: Great idea do that jelly dance that you do

 

I know what you are thinking,What’s dancing going to do?, If you seen my jelly dance you would know what's up.

I danced on that dance floor and did my best to jelly dance like it was my last jelly dance. There were looks of concern and people actually walked out. Half the people left and i can finally see our beautiful light up floor.

 

Me: Mission complete!

Tae,yoon,so: Yayyyyyy!!!!!!

Yoongi: That was amazing,You even got those Club freaks out

Taehyung: Impressive indeed *whisper* please teach me your jelly dance

Me: *whisper back* Will do

Sohee: Oh yes finally more room

Yoongi: I still don't understand how people can go clubbing at 3 in the afternoon

Taehyung: Maybe we'll never understand

Yoongi: ….Well I'm taking a break, taehyung take care of the bar

Taehyung: bro what are you doing

Yoongi: I need some air,the smell of alcohol and regret is making me sick

 

Working at the club for so long you'll think yoongi would get use to the smell. That's the interesting thing about yoongi,his nose is fragile. He also said,”you can know a lot about a person by how they smell”. I would say it's a Daegu thing but taehyung doesn't seem to have a fragile nose.

 

Sohee: Is it just me or is life boring

Taehyung: You're not alone my life is the definition of boring,like yesterday i vacuumed my apartment while watching the golden girls and it was sad seeing how much i can relate to old ladies

Me: We need something to not make our life boring

Taehyung: Like have fun once in awhile

Sohee: Like go to a club!

Me: We work at the club dimwit

Sohee: How about we have fun at the club and not work

Taehyung: I don't have a day off until Christmas

Me: same here

Sohee: But i want to have fun now!!!!!

Taehyung: Maybe if we get real jobs we'll have fun

Sohee: *sarcastic* Oh yeah like i can really get a real job

 

Sohee had multiple jobs but has always been fired. She's been fired for stealing,not being on time, talking back and also for not agreeing to go on a date with the boss’ son. I'm still surprise on how she is still working here because she always mess up the drinks.

 

Taehyung: Maybe you can get a real job anything is possible

Sohee: anything?

Taehyung: I always thought coming to seoul would be impossible

 

I'm not saying i have a favorite work buddie, but if i did it would be taehyung. His personality is what make my day and he has endless stories about his life in daegu. I have never seen a frown on that face and i think I'll never will.

 

Let me fast forward this story, pretend that I'm holding a remote ok now i press the “fast forward” button.

 

It still the 21st of September but it's almost midnight. Life is still boring,and i just decide to say “ it” and have fun at the dance floor. I wasn't really dancing but just bopping my head to the beat. I can still see Yoongi and taehyung taking shots and Sohee making interesting drinks. I don't know why my life feels plain,I decide to sit on the clubs couch. I thought I was the only one on the couch until i turned my head to see a guy who look like he doesn't belong in a club. He looked nervous maybe this was his first time at a club.

Me: Hi

Seokjin: Hi…

Me: Is this your first time at a club?

Seokjin: How do you know? Is it obvious?

Me: it sure is,oh sorry i didn't even introduce myself,my name is Kim Namjoon

Seokjin: I'm Kim Seokjin,I came here thinking the club would cheer me up

Me: I'm sorry to hear that

Seokjin: I didn't get the job i wanted now i have to keep on working at my dad’s ramen shop

Me: Well at least you're not like me working at this club and having the same day over and over again

Seokjin: I know you're trying to cheer me up but It's not working

Me: oh i know come with me

 

I led him to the dance floor, I know for sure that dancing the pain away will make him better

 

Seokjin: Uuuuhhhh i don't know how to dance

Me: i’ll show you,you just listen to the music and let it control your body

Seokjin: Oh so like this

 

Seokjin dancing was very energetic you can  tell that the music was controlling him.I decided to do my famous jelly dance and when i did that he smiled really big and laughed.He was having fun and so was I, The more i looked at him the more my heart was racing. I couldn't stop smiling and i couldn't stop staring at him. When he caught me staring he laughed one more time and hugged me.

 

Seokjin: Thank you

Me: No thank you

Seokjin: Since I'm in a good mood i feel like telling you a joke

Me: I would like to hear it

Seokjin: Oh i was going to tell a joke about a bird but…..

Me: but what?

Seokjin: That would be ill-eagle !!!!!

 

He laughed so loud and clapped like a seal,My stomach was hurting from laughing to hard.

Sohee noticed me and was confused,she didn't say anything but just stare and was probably trying to process what was happening.

 

I continue talking with seokjin,i told him about my boring life and he told me about his life as a noodle slave. I didn't want this night to end,I want to keep on having fun. I know the fun had to come to an end,and i told him something that makes me cringe to think about.

 

Me: I think you're cute

Seokjin: yeah i think I'm cute too

Me: um…

Seokjin: But i think you're cuter

Me: Wow *i blushed like a tomato*

Seokjin: I have to go now,i work really early in the morning

Me: Bye

Seokjin: Bye

 

That was the last time I saw him, you're probably crying right now when i told you that…….to en bad i cried too!!!!!

It's now  December and i still haven't seen seokjin,I thought he would come back to see me ,but he hasn't.Now I'm on the search wait no now WE are on the search, that's right. My work buddies are going to help me.

 

Yoongi: How did the guy look again?

Me: handsome,Tall,broad shoulders

Sohee: Do you remember his name?

Me: Kim Seokjin

Taehyung: Kim Seokjin? I never heard of a seokjin

Yoongi: How does he smell?

Me: He smells like flowers and a hint of ramen

Taehyung: We'll do our best Kim Namjoon *bow*

Yoongi: *bow* Oh gosh looking for a Kim Seokjin is going to be hard

Sohee: *bow* Even if it takes a thousand years,we will find Kim Seokjin!

I hope they do find him.
