A burst of cool provincial air welcomed Jinyoung as he stepped outside the bus. A warm, fuzzy feeling enveloped him contrary to the white Winter season Korea is experiencing. He observed his surroundings and was overwhelemed when he noticed that his hometown remained the same. Large ginko trees line the streets while dainty snow-capped houses complemented them. 

A pang of nostalgia hit him. He never enjoyed the noise of December 31 but he liked its aura of joyousness. It's been three years since he last experienced it, all because he chose to coop up in his apartment ever since he started college.
