On a date with Kwon Kwangjin
The 30 Day ChallengeThe sun had just set on the city, but from where Kwangjin was sitting, he could only see the dark sky and lights coming from the surrounding skyscrapers. He was just thinking about new chords for a bass line when someone tapped him on the shoulder.
"Kwangjin-ssi?"
He turned towards the voice, and smiled, standing up from his seat.
"Hello Jihyo-ssi," he greeted, bowing, "It's nice to meet you."
"Ah, please, call me Seongim," Seongim replied shyly, "It's nice to meet you too."
"Please, sit," he said, motioning towards the chair across from him.
"Thank you," she said, sitting down and hanging her coat and purse on the back of her chair.
"Thanks for meeting this late too," she admitted, "I'm just so busy, finding time to go on a blind date is difficult."
"No worries, I don't mind at all," he smiled and then remembered: "I brought these for you."
From under the table, he revealed a bouquet of flowers.
"Oh my goodness, they're beautiful," she exclaimed, holding them and taking a deep breath of their scent.
His eyes turned into crescent moons at seeing her happy.
"I keep thanking you, but this is a lovely surprise," she said, unable to take her eyes off the sunflowers.
"It's my pleasure, really," he said, "I figured you would be tired after all your schedules and something like this would cheer you up."
