“Thank you for calling Language Line Solutions, this is Donghae. Is Spanish the language you need?”

“It certainly is” answered a happy voice.

“May I have your client ID, please?”

“Sure you can, it’s 9-0-2-8-8-5”

“Thank you, sir. Please hold for your Spanish Interpreter.”

“Alrighty, thank YOU” sounded again the happy voice.

Little interactions like this one were the ones Donghae loved the most, you could tell by the voice when someone was having a good shift, or a tired and even a dramatic one. Sometimes, Donghae could swear he had fallen in love with some of the callers voices. There were some deep serious ones; he liked to imagine it belonged to some hot doctor or maybe a hot police officer too. There were also the happy and friendly type. He loved those. He pictured it maybe belonged to a y male nurse or a young social worker.

A call to a Customer Service Agent couldn’t last for more than 3 to 4 minutes, and in those short minutes Donghae’s imagination run wild. He knew he probably shouldn’t be thinking this way while working but oh.my.god. It’s been a while since he got some, ok?!

*BEEP*

“Thank you for calling Langu—”

“Why are you smiling like an idiot?! Who was that in your last call?”

“Huh? Hello? Who’s this?”

“Are you telling your boyfriend to call you while you’re working?”

“NO! WHO’S THIS?! That was a customer call, I swear!”
