Seung Hwa: 

Yeah 

Nam Joon: 

Great. Enjoy yourself :) Are visiting my sister today? 

Seung Hwa: 

Of course. I've visited her every day for a week now. When does she get to go home? 

Nam Joon: 

Hopefully soon. Considering that she had a successful surgery yesterday, I really hope it's soon. 

Seung Hwa: 

Good. I'm leaving for a while. 

Nam Joon: 

Oh ok.

Third Person

Namjoon entered the venue, staring around sharply at the dancing bodies within. Everyone was in a costume and most had a fancy little mask over their eyes. It was interesting sight. 

He wondered which one was Seung Hwa. He knew he probably shouldn't think about that but he couldn't help it. 

Did she show up, he thought. 

He shrugged it off easily and walked in further, finding his way to the back where he saw a what seemed like a couple talking in the back. 

But when the man walked off, the woman didn't even look upset and instead, met Namjoon's eye. A smile spread across her face and she approached him. 

"Hello." Her voice was smooth and full of confidence but her eyes said something different. "What's your name?" 

"I don't think we should exchange names." Namjoon backed away from her a bit. 

She nodded. "Are you reserved, then? Do you want something from me?" 

"Not in particular.." Namjoon grew uneasy. 

"Oh." She gave him a funny look. "Really?" 

"Really." 

"What kind of guy are you?" She looked him up and down and shook her head. "You really don't want anything from me?" 

"Yes, I really do not want anything." Namjoon sighed. 

She left, grabbed a few drinks, and came back, handing him one. "I'm shocked. Call me Yuri." 

"Yuri? Is that your name?" He stared at the drink, cautiously, before sipping it. 

"No, it's not my name. But it's what I go by." She shrugged, sipping hers as well. "You're not after me for something and I'm actually really shocked." 

"Right." Namjoon put the drink down. "I'm not much of a drinker." 

"Do you want to go dance with me? One song?" She asked. 

"I don't really dance..." 

"You turned down my drink and now you're turning down my dance proposal?" 

"I'm sorry.." He shrugged. 

"You are strange." She commented, shouldering her way onto the dance floor and disappearing in the throng of people. 

Namjoon wondered why she was calling him strange since it was clear that she was the strange one. But he eventually let it go and stood against the wall in the back, watching the people dance and have a blast with each other. 

Namjoon was growing a bit impatient and decided to leave. The only reason he came was to meet Seung Hwa. It was dumb, of course, because they didn't even know what each other looked like. But it was worth a shot incase they had ran into each other and introduced themselves. But it wasn't happening. 

Meanwhile Seung Hwa was right in the middle of it all, having a blast with people she didn't even know. She noticed a tall figure shouldering his way through the venue and recognized that it was the man she talked to earlier. The one that was disgusted with her attitude. She could tell he distasted women like her and she was interested. 

He was the first one to turn her down and she respected it very much. But she'd never see him again and he'd never want to hold a conversation with someone like her, she knew that for sure just by his reaction towards her. 

But she didn't care either way. 

She was having fun and she knew she'd make some sort of cash by the end of the night. 

Neither of them never knew that they had met each other.

3:00 AM 

Seung Hwa: 

Were you there tonight? It was fun! 

Seung Hwa: 

I just got home 

 

9:12 AM 

Nam Joon: 

At 3 in the morning, you got home? 

Nam Joon: 

It ended at like midnight though

Seung Hwa: 

The party ended at midnight, that doesn't mean we have to go home :) 

Seung Hwa: 

Were you there?

Nam Joon: 

Yeah, for a little bit. 

Nam Joon: 

It was boring 

Seung Hwa: 

Oh haha, okay. I thought it was fun. 

Nam Joon: 

Don't visit my sister today

Seung Hwa: 

Awwh... Why not? 

Nam Joon: 

She's not feeling the best today. The surgery exhausted her and now she's sick 

Seung Hwa: 

Okay, I won't visit today

Nam Joon: 

What will you do instead? 

Seung Hwa: 

To be honest, I don't know. I don't work today. 

Nam Joon: 

Am I allowed to hear your voice? 

Seung Hwa: 

Nah 

Nam Joon: 

Do you really only want to be a screen? 

Seung Hwa: 

Better this way, trust me :P

Nam Joon: 

What'd you end up doing? You stopped texting me a while ago 

Seung Hwa: 

I just stayed at home. I'm actually not feeling to well myself. 

Nam Joon: 

You should call a friend over so they can take care of you 

Seung Hwa: 

I don't have anyone to call nor would I :) I'm not very sick, just not feeling great

Seung Hwa: 

What are you doing? 

Seung Hwa: 

With your sister? 

Nam Joon: 

No, I'm out around town

Seung Hwa: 

Doing what? 

Nam Joon: 

Walking. I'm not really doing anything important 

Seung Hwa: 

Sounds like fun 

Seung Hwa: 

What do you think of women who can't say no? 

Nam Joon:

What do you mean? 

Nam Joon: 

All women should be able to say no. Just a little courage goes a long way
