Kim Hanbin woke up to his phone insistently ringing. Disgruntled, he reluctantly reached for his phone with his hand. Eyes closed, he searched for his phone on his bed and finally got a hold of it. He took it in his hand and swiped it to answer the phone call.

"Good morning! Do you know what day it is today?" Hanbin cringed as he heard Jennie's voice on the other line. Her voice was dripping of sweetness, sweeter than a vanilla ice cream coated with chocolate. Hanbin was still half-asleep and did not try to ponder on Jennie's words.

As silence filled the line, Jennie happily giggled. "I'll be waiting for you, okay? 9 at night. The usual place."

Hanbin opened one eye, only to close it again. He did not have the time or energy to play with her today. "I can't. I have requirements to hand in to my professors."

"It wouldn't take long. Just be sure you would come no matter what, okay? I'll wait for you." Jennie persuaded him.

"Okay, I promise." Hanbin muttered, just to end the conversation. He realized that he had no idea where they would see each other and inwardly groaned. He tried to remember what she said about the meeting place and wondered why Jennie could not act like any normal girlfriend and just go and meet up somewhere more convenient. Jennie could be a real pain in the sometimes. He thought he could just text her and ask where. Hanbin went back to sleep, forgetting Jennie's words.

Jennie seemed to be happy about it anyway and Hanbin just wanted her to stop talking and let him get all the sleep he wanted; that's all that mattered then.
