"Jinyoung! It's good you're here. I was just about to call you for the submission of the paper." Mr. Kim, Jinyoung's History teacher, said as he took the pile of paper from Jinyoung's hands.

Smiling politely, Jinyoung replied, "I'm sorry I didn't inform you I would drop by, Mr. Kim. I waited until the papers were complete."

Shaking his head, Mr. Kim waved him off as he took a seat in front of his desk. "No worries. By the way, have you started preparing for the student council election? I heard the competition will be tight."

Caught off guard, Jinyoung couldn't hide the surprise from his face which Mr. Kim quickly picked on.

"Oh, you haven't heard? Kim Jisoo will be running against you this year. You know her, right? It's either you or she who always clinches the top spot in the school rankings. She's a good girl and I heard she's popular too. It's going to be a good healthy competition."

Forcing himself to smile, Jinyoung spoke with gritted teeth. "Of course, it will be a good healthy competition with Ms. Kim."
