In the middle of the living room, Hyomin scans her eyes to various color bottles lay on the table , she bites her lips as she ponders which color to choose, as if to roll a dice , she tries again with what she picked earlier

“Alright this one is better” Hyomin picks up a color she puts down earlier, shaking a small bottle of nail polish before applying it on Eunjung’s nail.

“I was right” Hyomin smiles, satisfied " This one is much better" She squeals in delight

“Do you like it hubby?” Hyomin asks while she is busy painting Eunjung’s finger nail, admiring her work of art , but after a minute of having heard nothing, Hyomin pauses and averts her attention from Eunjung’s hand to Eunjung's face to find that Eunjung is dozing off with open.

“Eunjung ahhh” Hyomin whines, and her whining makes enough noise to wake half sleepy, half dreaming Eunjung up

“Yeah, yeah” Eunjung is alertly waking up, her eyes are wide open

“How can you fall asleep on me?” Hyomin pouts as if she is going to cry, but she  is not really going to

" Ahh, I'm sorry darling I'm sleepy" Eunjung quickly apologizes.

" You don't find it fun huh? Hyomin still pouts

" I do appreciate you did a great job here" Eunjung looks at her nails " They are so pretty" She adds , admiring her fingers

" Do you like it?" Hyomin looks expectantly

" Of course !" Eunjung confirms

" Aright then" Hyomin smiles innocently at Eunjung, a smile that Eunjung finds so adorable and irresistible , she scoots closer and gives Hyomin a quick peck on her cheek

" Am I forgiven?" Eunjung grins

" Fine" Hyomin beams before continues what she was doing earlier

“So, is it's almost done?” Eunjung looks at her fingers to find that it has just begun with new color

“I redo them, I find this color suits you better, so I change” Hyomin explains, she painted and removed and same circle was going around for a while, until Eunjung fell asleep

“I agree” Eunjung inwardly wishes it was done already

“Glad you like it” Hyomin smiles, happy, unknowingly Eunjung just tries to get by so she can really go get dressed and be ready for the party.

“Honey, would you mind making it quicker, I think I need to get dressed soon” Eunjung smiles dryly as she checks the time

“Art is not something you can rush, I need inspiration, beside I've just begun” Hyomin has a serious look on her face , indicating that she needs time.

“Ok, it’s fine” Eunjung smiles sheepishly, but inwardly sighs.

" No problem ?" Hyomin asks

" Of course not" Eunjung replies sheepishly

After years of living together, Eunjung can never find herself dare enough to talk back or disagree to Hyomin, in every little they do, it's not like she is really scared, but she just loves to see Hyomin's smile, it's her energy and everything that makes her keep going.

" Are you ready?" Eunjung runs up to their bedroom to check on Hyomin as they are being late

" Almost" Hyomin answers

" Great" Eunjung says, relieved before she sees what lying in front of her, but her relief doesn't last long as Hyomin is still wrapped in bath towel with her dresses all over the bed

" That's not even close to "Almost" Eunjung says through her gritted teeth with a faint smile

"Bae , I can't match them nor find a right dress for tonight" Hyomin says sadly, as she sits back at the edge of the bed, as if this is the end of the world

" Honey, you will look great in whatever you put on you" Eunjung walks to her Hyomin, hand on her shoulder.

" Seriously I tried all them on" Hyomin seems so down

" Why don't you try them on again and I'll give you comment?" Eunjung encourages her wifey who seems to have trouble choosing her outfit for the reunion party

" Thank you bae , though you don't have a good sense of fashion, I'll work hard to get myself convinced" Hyomin gets up , Eunjung rolls her eyes at a time like this Hyomin still has a mood to snap her, she ignores it through

" Hmm , how about this white dress?" Eunjung picks up one of them , " You'll look like an angel on it"

" Aw , that's very sweet of you , but isn't it too plain?" Hyomin asks as she looks at the white dress

" Then how about this pink, you will look gorgeous" Eunjung is asking hopefully

" I gained weight and I can't put it on" Hyomin purses up her lip

" Oh did you really? You don't seem to gain any weight" Eunjung is surprised

" Yeah, I gain about 0.3 kilo from this morning" Hyomin complains

" Honey, that doesn't count" Eunjung is mentally palm facing her self

" If I take 0.3 millions won from your bank account , would that count ?" Hyomin asks logically

" Well , that is different" Eunjung wanna cry

" Not sure if you are right" Hyomin sighs

" Anyway ... I'm sure a mini black dress will go perfectly" Eunjung points at a short black dress but then she changes her mind

" Well, better not" Eunjung corrects

" Why not?'' Hyomin is curious, now she looks at the black dress

" Blue saffron dress would be great" Eunjung delightedly picks it up

" You are not answering me why not a black one" Hyomin forces for an answer

" I just feel this blue is better" Eunjung says

" I don't think that it's an honest answer" Hyomin stares at Eunjung as if she is going to hypnotize her

" Fine, I just don't want you to wear it" Eunjung looks away

" And what is a reason behind it?" Hyomin walks closer to Eunjung

" Alright, you look hot on it and I don't want other to look at you, I'm jealous okay?" Eunjung answers, while she still looks away which earns a satisfied smirk from Hyomin

" Aw ... my jealous hubby" Hyomin smiles happily as approaches Eunjung, then she cups Eunjung's face gently so the latter can turn to face her, Eunjung looks upset

" You don't have to be jealous" Hyomin reassures

" Well, I'm not you , and I can't help it" Eunjung pouts , Hyomin finds that face adorable but she still prefers to see Eunjung happy face

" Smile please" Hyomin shows a wide smile as if to teach her how to do " Would you?" Hyomin asks with happy smiley face which Eunjung unconsciously breaks into a smile too

" Alright" Eunjung gives in and smiles back naturally

" Ok, I'll get dressed, we are late now" Hyomin shakes Eunjung's chin, then she quickly grabs a dress

" Well, at least you realize it " Eunjung heaves a sigh

" What did you say ?" Hyomin turns around to ask

" Nothing honey, please go and get dressed" Eunjung rushes

" Alright, would you mind to get a car ready , I'll be out in a minute ?" Hyomin winks as she walks into the bathroom

" Sure Ma’am" Eunjung releases her breath, relief .

And as she turns around to leave the room, glad that finally Hyomin makes up her mind with the dress, her eyes scan the bed where white, blue, pink dresses are still laid on the bed

" Wait" Eunjung is thinking of which color Hyomin chose

"Yah, Hyomin !!!" Eunjung shouts at the door

" I'm done" Hyomin shouts from the other side of the door

" You're such a....." Eunjung doesn't know how to call her love

At the party, they meet all their friends from university, but mostly they are Eunjung's friends as Hyomin had a very few friends and only Sunny shows up, she is with her husband which Hyomin later, learns that they are married with one kid. The whole night Eunjung enjoys catching up with her friends that some of them lost contact for a while, but there is one person what Eunjung seems to talk longer than the other, and he is none other than a star of their university, a football player who turns a professional captain for a national football team, and Hyomin knew he was Eunjung's crush back then.

While Eunjung and Kang Kyung Joon are having a good time chatting about life and stuff, Hyomin who sits beside Eunjung feels totally left out , and of course she is , alone in her world thinking of something else as she can't keep up what they are talking about or at least she is not interested in. She hopes they would talk about cats , trees or any superstitious interesting story soon but they never comes

"So are you married?" Hyomin butts in, as she has been silent for a while

"Unfortunately, no, I'm single " He replied her before turning his attention back to Eunjung

" That's unbelievable" Eunjung comments, smiling

" Too busy to look for someone" He explains

" Oh oppa , you're so humble, how can a handsome man like you be single?" Eunjung compliments shyly

" I'm not so lucky" He smiles , Hyomin looks at him examining his handsome facial feature.

" What's a waste" Hyomin whispers, she shakes her head.

Eunjung has been engrossed in the conversation than to notice that Hyomin is not there with her, and she has no idea when Hyomin leaves, once she realizes the absence of her other half significant, she excuses herself to look for her, and it doesn't take too long until she notices a figure in her mini black dress showing off her perfect shape and curve and it's hard for Eunjung to deny that Hyomin looks so beautiful tonight.

" I didn't know you left" Eunjung sits beside Hyomin who is siting at the edge of the garden water fountain .

" I needed to go to the restroom badly" Hyomin's attention focuses on the fountain

" Sorry I was chatting" Eunjung looks at Hyomin playing with water

" Don't worry, I just didn't want to interrupt your conversation" Hyomin says calmly which makes Eunjung feel uneasy

" Are you upset?" Eunjung asks with her caring tone

" Why should I be ?" Hyomin doesn't look at Eunjung

" I was ignoring you and talking to our sunbae nim" Eunjung realizes that she ignored Hyomin

" Don't be silly" Hyomin turns to face Eunjung , her eyes lightens up again , Eunjung feels better

" Didn't expect to see him here?" Eunjung mentions about her former crush

" Did you have a good time tonight?" Hyomin asks

" Catching up with old friends once a while is a refreshing feeling, like old time is back" Eunjung reminisces the old memories of university life where every day were full with livelihood, fun, dream and of course her good and bad days filled with this person in front of her.

" Please go back and enjoy the night, I'll be here for a while" Hyomin turns back to fountain

" Don't you enjoy it?" Eunjung asks, worried

" Only Sunny showed up and she has left now, she had to go home and put her son into sleep" Hyomin explains.

Eunjung ponders as she looks at Hyomin's side, old days come back, to think about it , while Eunjung had a lot of friends surrounded her, but Hyomin didn't, she had very few friends and Eunjung seemed to be her everything from the day one at the university, memory after memory of a straight-face trouble maker who people called her a weirdo, just because she did thing her way but what they can't see is a true angel with her sweet soul disguised in simple yet beautiful inside out woman.

" Do you wanna go home now ?" Eunjung is afraid that Hyominin may be bored

" Nah , please go back and talk you your friends" Hyomin cheers up " I'm glad to see you happy"

" Didn't you get jealous?" Eunjung asks, hoping Hyomin would say yes

" No" Hyomin shakes her head , Eunjung frowns

" I'm hurt" Eunjung purses up her lip, Hyomin just shakes her head

" Would you be jealous if I talk to someone else ...I mean like my crush?" Hyomin asks

" Yes , of course" Eunjung confirms with the obvious jealousy in her tone

" Same then" Hyomin beams as if a kid gives a right answer to her teacher

" How come it's the same ?" Eunjung is confused, what Hyomin just said , it doesn't make sense to her.

" You're jealous type while I'm not" Hyomin insists the similarity despite the fact that people call it " The opposite"

" Isn't it obvious that is not the same?" Eunjung asks impatiently

"Look at this free fall, isn't it interested?" Hyomin says out of the blue, Eunjung's eyes follow where Hyomin's hand stretches out to touch the water falling from the top of the garden fountain and run though her hand

" I wouldn't change a thing about you, just like the way you never want to change anything about me" Hyomin answers what left unexplained earlier, Eunjung thinks about it, thing that she never thought of when she uses her head but it's clear when she uses her heart to feel.

"I know I'm not perfect, even though I'm very close to being perfect" Hyomin giggles, and Eunjung laughs, a happy laughter that only one person can bring her.

" And you are also far from perfect too" Hyomin changes her focus from waterfall to Eunjung " Still you had all the chance to find someone better, far better than who I am" Hyomin continues, " But you have chosen me, I respect your decision and most of all I trust your heart, I would never question your love for me , then no one else matters " Hyomin clearly states her faith in her one and only love , Eunjung is moved by simple yet true feeling Hyomin always has for her , she tries to hold back her tear

" Have I told you enough that I love you?" Eunjung looks at Hyomin in the eyes

" Today just twice and I'd love to hear more" Hyomin giggles, Eunjung smiles before saying the three meaning words and seals it with her kiss.

Eunjung never knows if she would find someone better, what is better than being happy with a love of her life, she can be herself when she is with Hyomin, a person who would never want to change her but makes her want to be better than a person she was yesterday.
