Mingyu couldn’t remember the last time he’d had a full night’s worth of sleep. Every hour, he would wake from his disjointed sleep, sanity disintegrating from his head each time the alarm rang. But he had no choice but to do this; who else would tend to Nina? 

“It’s okay baby, Daddy’s here,” he whispered as the baby's cries resonated louder with each breath. Rocking her slowly, Mingyu reached out for the milk bottle he'd prepared before she woke up, silently praying she'd take it.

Hi everyone, it's been a while. I'm not entirely sure why I felt the urge to upload this. But, this is something I've been slowly (and I mean SLOWLY) writing whenever I get mildly stressed. Speaking of stress, I'm not sure how frequent I will update this because I'm juggling life, uni and work at the same time, but be wary that my chapters will be short because it fits the style I'm writing this in.
