i have no idea jokes aside the way I interpreted the song, it easily could be about the many hardships that not just 'regular' people, but idols can go through as well. with the newspaper theme (tho barely noticable), i tried to convey the 'news' element : just one wrong step and idols can be 'dead' to the public in a way. The rest is a bit more literal: hands reaching out, the title and the lyrics. the colors are simple, but they have a stark contrast just like the two sides of the song. maybe he can never do - this and that - but he is still trying. it's a bit about everyone, too. no matter how hard it is, obsatcles can be overcome. not easily, and we may never be perfect - but we can still reach out and hope that one day we can touch the sky.

For this challenge, I decided to do minimalist style with limited amount of color schemes.
Chapter 43: I'm little late and I missed this. Been spitting through the older posts and I looked at the finale entries. Personally ... for me... Stark would've won all the way, but then again I don't know the background and what the assignment was, but technically looking this poster was the strongest in colors, composition and overall feeling :) .. The others did great too. I wish I had the guts to participate graphic contests, so I have a huge respect for all involved designers. Keep it up. You guys make AFF visually acceptable <3
