Nayoung feels themselves drifting apart; she knows that they are.
Sojin never has time for anything. Sojin is just way too busy, too occupied with commitments, that she doesn't even try to make it for their rare get-togethers with the other jellyfishes.
Nayoung has been tired of waiting. She has always been waiting for Sojin, waiting for when the latter is home, when her commitments end, waiting for her responses- mostly Sojin's comfort because Nayoung's always lonely and sullen.
None of the other jellyfishes understand her. Perhaps Sejeong, but Sejeong has her own point of views and Nayoung has never fully explained what's between them to Sejeong.
In the recent days Nayoung has also began seeing Mimi often, not because anything is beginning to spark, but all due to coincidence and convenience. Nayoung begins confiding in Mimi, being in need of someone who can be there for her on a regular basis. Nayoung likes Mimi a lot as well, though Mimi's impudence may get on her nerves sometimes, because Mimi's relatively sweet and adorable as a person and as a friend. Mimi's able to make Nayoung laugh. But Nayoung knows that the connection between Mimi and her can never match up to what's between Sojin and her.
