Soyee hurriedly clears the mess on the coffee table, her hands trembling.

“Soyee, I said I’ll do it, you don’t have to clear that,” Haebin turns away from the mess in the living room and rushes over to the coffee table.

“Just let me do it,” Soyee fiercely says, her hands roughly attacking the pile of rubbish, unknowingly creating a bigger mess.

“Jang Sojin, let me do it,” Haebin places her hands on Soyee’s and glares at the younger girl who refuses to pull her eyes away from the coffee table.

“Let me do it!” Soyee screams, pulling her hands away from Haebin’s. She immediately turns away to hide her face.

Haebin hears the shuffling of feet behind her as well as the shutting of bedroom doors, but she cannot care less.

Haebin stands up and swallows. Her eyes are not leaving the girl that is now shivering whilst hugging her knees on the cold floor. “Jang Sojin, don’t let your temper get the better of you,” Haebin whispers. Her hands are curled into tight fists of rage; she fears she might lose control.

“So now you’re one to order me?” Soyee loosens the grip of her arms around her legs but remains untamed.

“Soyee, what’s wrong?” Haebin’s worry and fear begins to overcome her anger. “Don’t be like this,” Haebin pleads, suddenly sounding gentle.

“You do everything by yourself,” Soyee starts off vaguely. Her voice still holds aggression. “You say you’re Gugudan’s umma and we see how difficult it gets to take care of 8 ty asses-”

“What?” Sejeong interrupts Soyee, disrupting the whole situation.

Haebin sees Nayoung deadpan before forcefully pulling Sejeong into one of the bedrooms by her arm.

Haebin sighs. “I never complained, did I? I love all of you-” an interruption happens for a second time as Soyee doesn’t let Haebin finish her words.

“Exactly, you keep everything to yourself,” Soyee rolls her eyes and snaps.

Haebin does not answer; her mind goes blank.

“Heck, you’re not even the oldest, Hana unnie isn’t even half as busy as you are,” Soyee lets herself talk as much as she want. She doesn’t even want to bother about controlling herself anymore.

They hear Hana gasp in the hallway. Haebin turns to see Hana cover , ashamed.

“I’m not saying that Hana unnie isn’t a good leader but,” Soyee explains herself out of slight guilt, “you get what I mean,” she still refuses to look at Haebin.
