"Y-You know each other?" Jiyeon asked while looking at the two guys.

"Yep! He's my cousin. Hi, hyung!" Minki answered then greeted L.Joe.

"You know each other?" L.Joe asked this time.

"Not really. I just bumped to her." Minki answered.

"Uh, I 'gotta go, Minki, see you around!" Jiyeon said and continued walking to the Cafeteria.

 

"Ya, hyung. What's the matter? Do you need anything?" Minki asked L.Joe when Jiyeon left.

"Anyo, mom texted me. She said that you're here."

"Oh~ I just brought this to you." Minki gave him his lunch. "The other one's for... what's her name? Omo, I forgot. But I think that's for the girl who's living in your house. " Minki added.

"Mom prepared a lunch for her too?" L.Joe asked.

"Yeah. Do you have a problem with that?"

"Uh, nothing. Thanks for bringing this here. By the way, don't you have classes today?"

"I don't feel like listening to our boring teacher today." Minki yawned.

L.Joe laughed at his cousin.

The bell rang, L.Joe waved at his cousin and went to their classroom.

 

Jiyeon was late for their next class.

She didn't even bought a food because the bell rang when she was walking to the Cafeteria.

Her stomach's already grumbling.

Aish. Eottokae?! I'm going to faint here later because of starving! She said inside her mind.

On the other hand, L.Joe's watching Jiyeon as she look for something in her bag.

I wonder what it is. L.Joe asked himself.

"Stop staring at her, she might melt." Chunji told him.

L.Joe hit his arm. "I'm not staring at her." He said then looked at their teacher.

"Really?" Chunji grinned. "Ok." Then laughed a little.

After the class, Jiyeon walked weakly. She's starving BIG TIME!

Their last class was 2 hours. She's starving for about 5 hours... or so?

I... I need... f-food... Jiyeon said, it came out like a whisper.

Then everything went black.

 

L.Joe's POV

 

What's with her? She's like sick or something. L.Joe whispered to himself.

He's following Jiyeon.

He was going to call her when suddenly, she fell to the ground.

"Jiyeon!" L.Joe shouted then ran towards Jiyeon.

"Ya! Jiyeon-ah! What happened to you?! Ya!" He asked, but she didn't answer.

He carried her--bridal style--then went off to the Clinic.

 

Jiyeon's POV

She opened her eyes.

Where am I? Am I already dead? She pinched her cheek.

Aw! No, I'm not dead. She giggled.

She looked at the guy beside her. He's sleeping and his face is buried on the bed that's why she can't see his face.

She looked around and saw the word: CLINIC

Oh, so I'm inside the Clinic. But why?! What happened to me?! I can't remem--

The school nurse came in.

"Oh, you're already awake." The nurse smiled at me.

The guy raised his head and looked at me as well.

"L.Joe?!" She blurted out.

"Yes, it's me. Why did it sound like you were in a nightmare?" L.Joe said.

"I just didn't expect you're here. Anyway, 'care to tell me what happened?"

"You fainted when you were walking to the Cafeteria." L.Joe answered.

"Oh~ Am I allowed to go back to class?"

"Our classes are finished."

"WHAT?! I slept for 2 hours?!"

"Exactly."

"Miss Park, you should always eat in time. Don't skip meals, ok?" The nurse said.

"Nae. Jeongmal kamsahamnida." She bowed at her.

"Thank him instead." The nurse told her then went out of the Clinic.

She was left confused. Him? Why should I thank him?
