Just to throw this out there, I hate how small a lot of layouts are so just zoom in and they will look great lol.

Age - The age range can be anywhere from 18 years to 29. Since AOMG is so diverse with their artists, I'd like to see a decent mix. The password is your favorite color.

Ethnicity/Nationality - Anyone from anywhere is accepted. Any ethnicity, any nationality. As long as she has a reason to be at AOMG. Ulzzangs, models, and idols are accepted too. I really just would like to have a diverse group of girls so if they are all foreign/all korean native it won't be as fun lol. 

Stardom - Since aomg isn't a company like the others, depending on your story, your character may not have been in a company before aomg. She could have been scouted by anyone in the company or more?

Love interest - this can be anyone. Idol, model, OC, whatever you want! Theres no limit because honestly, it happens and theres a 7 year gap between my character and her love interest. Yuri relationships are allowed too! Or your character may not fall in love? It's open for anyone to put down whatever they want.
