"I already gave you my answer, right?! You won't fire any of my old employees. If you fire them what will happen to them, huh? For example, if you were to fire Mr. Soon, who is a part of our northern hotel, who would finance his wife's therapy? How about Mr. Kim at our Japan branch? Who would support his grandson who is an orphan after being left by her parents? What will you do for the rest? You're going to fire three hundred fifty employees and replace them with what? "You could just promote the old ones and teach the new ones on how to do their jobs and to how efficiently work through out the companies." Joy said out of the blue
