BGM 

 

Mark was looking out the window. It is getting cold outside he thought to himself. He was lightly shaking so he patted his arms with energy over his sweater.

Without asking for permission, someone put a blanket around the cold man’s shoulders.

 

« What…? »

 

The same person then gave him a backhug to warm him up a bit.

 

Mark knew who it was without checking.

 

He just kept looking outside but his mind was all over the place.

 

Should he say something or just keep quiet ?

 

He kept avoiding him since last night but he knew how childish that was. It was so unusual of him to get this affected. All the members knew him to be cold-hearted no matter the situation. However, it seemed impossible with Jinyoung. He cared too deeply for him.

 

« Thanks. » He uttered unsure of himself.

 

Jinyoung hummed without answering.

 

Mark suddenly felt way too warm. His entire body started to warm up to the point it almost felt uncomfortable. 

 

« You know about yesterday… » Jinyoung said as he looked up at Mark from the side to see any reactions.

 

« What about it ? » Mark answered, determined not to make a big deal out of it.

 

Although it did seem to Jinyoung Mark’s answer was suspiciously quick, he continued calmly.

 

 « You aren’t mad, right ? You know about Jackson and I. I mean us, hugging and messing around all the time. Maybe you wanted to speak about an important matter. »

 

Mark felt good hearing that. It meant he had the right to be angry. But why should he ? And how could he begin to explain himself ?

 

« No why should I ? »

 

Jinyoung seemed disappointed for a moment. He pulled himself away from Mark and said, « Glad you aren’t then. »

 

Mark didn’t want him to go away.

 

He wanted to stop him and yell at him. But of course he couldn’t. He wouldn’t.

 

It would be too much. But he mostly did not want to fight with Jinyoung. His dear friend didn’t do anything bad truthfully speaking and was way too nice with Mark to be yelled at. He didn't deserve any of it.

 

Jinyoung was getting ready to leave when Jaebum came in to tell them to get ready for a radio program.

 

Mark felt relieved. He threw the blanket on the couch and got to the door without thinking twice.

 

Jinyoung looked at him as he has heading to the door.

 

They got in the car. They had to part into two groups so Jackson, Yugyeom, Jinyoung and Mark got in the first car. Jaebum, Youngjae and Bambam got in the second one.

 

Mark laid down to get some sleep while the others were singing along with the radio currently on.

 

Jackson and Yugyeom were in the back, yelling and dancing all over the place.

 

Mark closed his eyes hoping to get some rest. Although it was hard to stand Jinyoung’s worried glances.

 

« Markie pooh ! Markiiie pooh ! »

 

Jackson kept yelling his sleepy friend’s name over and over to wake him up.

 

Mark obviously heard him but like he always did, he just ignored him. Even though he wasn’t feeling too good, Jackson would cheer me up just with the sound of his voice which he was so thankful for.

 

He tried hard not to smile and just faked sleeping.

 

The atmosphere suddenly got calm which he found odd but relieving at the same time.

 

He swore he could still feel them moving around though. He decided to take a look secretly. They won’t notice me either way, he thought. He slowly opened one eye and jumped.

 

« Yah what are you doing ? »

 

The boys were surprised for a while and then laughed a big time.

 

« It’s Jinyoung’s idea. » the maknae hurriedly said, pointing at him.

 

« To be exact he whispered : let’s take funny pictures while Mark is asleep. »

 

Jinyoung hit him and the maknae sticked out his tongue to some more.

 

Then, Jinyoung got back to his phone. He looked at the pictures and laughed out loud.

 

« You know what’s funnier ? When you open only an eye on the last one. Your expression is so funny ! »

 

Jackson and Yugyeom came closer to look at the picture and laughed even louder.

 

« Hyung look it’s so funny. »

 

« I don’t want to see them, delete them Jinyoung-ah. »

 

« You haven’t even looked at them, please hyung. »

 

« I don’t want to. »

 

Not hearing a word from Mark, Jinyoung came closer to Mark and put the phone in front of Mark’s eyes.

 

He pouted and said, « But you haven’t even looked at them, please, Mark hyung. »

 

 Mark froze for a moment, out of words. He stared at Jinyoung and then quickly shifted to the phone.

 

He took it and looked at the pictures, without paying attention.

 

He was the kind to really enjoy such hilarious pictures. At least when he was not the one getting pranked. He gave the phone back to Jinyoung and laid back again.

 

« Yeah, whatever keep them if you want. »

 

Jinyoung raised his fist in sign of victory as his face glowed up.

 

« Mark hyung, you aren’t funny. No jam hyung. Ah seriously. » Yugyeom retorted.

 

Mark couldn’t care less about his comment and tried to get sleep for real this time.

 

Suddenly, something came to his mind. Of course, it was a childish thought but it could actually work. What if it works ?

 

He smirked, crossed his arms over his chest with his eyes still closed. As if he was actually planning something bad.

 

Jinyoung - who seems to notice every single change in people’s attitudes - asked ; « What are you thinking of, hyung ? Someone you like perhaps ? »

 

Jackson got closer to Mark to take a better look at his friend.

                                                                                      

« Ohhh, is it me Mark ? I know it is, right ? »

 

Mark giggled, not knowing what to answer to such nonsense.

 

Jackson grinned and tried to give him a backhug from the back seat even though it was more similar to a strangulation than an act of love.

 

« By the way, Jinyoung ?» Mark said with glowy eyes.

 

« Yes, what is it ? »

 

« Did Youngjae gave you back your shirt ? You know the day it took it without permission because you weren’t there. »

 

« I know what you are referring to, no need for this much information, hyung. Yes, I think he did. »

 

Jinyoung was perplexed. Why would he ask such a question about a shirt with no importance whatsoever ?

 

« Where were you anyway Jinyoung hyung ? You were outside stealing money from kids to buy your annoying books,  weren’t you ? Be honest hyung, it’s a felony you’re aware of that. »

 

« Diss, diss, diss. » Jackson yelled after Yugyeom’s comment to make things worse for the maknae.

 

Jinyoung was too focused on Mark’s behaviour to hit the troublemaker for once but instead cursed at him silently. Enough to show his anger, but not enough to be heard. He obviously had to remain polite.

 

Mark turned to Jackson and Yugyeom, suddenly excited and said, « I know where he was, the one who buys me ramyeon will have an answer. And I can even give you an hint if you want to guess. » Mark laughed very amused while his friend started panicking.

 

« Yah, what you are doing ? Don’t. I mean it’s not even a big deal. Why are you making it seem big, come on. That’s not nice. »

 

From Jinyoung’s reaction, Jackson and Yugyeom started to get even more curious and a bit suspicious.

 

« Okay deal. » Both Jackson and Yugyeom said.

 

Mark laughed a big time and answered, of course even more satisfied, « That’s even better if you want to buy one cup each ».

 

Mark was about to continue when Jinyoung put his hand on his mouth, very embarrassed.

 

Mark looked at him, Jinyoung was blushing and laughing awkwardly, pleading for his hyung to stop.

 

The childish hyung pointed at Jinyoung’s hand, acting like he was sorry not to be able give an answer even though he was dying to do it.

 

Yugyeom stretched his long arms and grabbed Jinyoung so he wouldn’t be able to move.

 

« Let go of me, don’t forget I’m your hyung, okay ? Kim Yugyeom I’m warning you. »

 

The maknae obviously didn’t move an inch, and tightened his grip.

 

Mark seemed to enjoy the mess he created as he kept jumping on his seat.

 

« Okay Mark, I’ll buy you two cups or even three if you want to. » Jinyoung yelled very desesperate.

 

« Make it four ! » Jackson yelled.

 

Jinyoung not expecting that, opened his eyes widely, out of ideas.

 

« Hyung, I always treat you right, you know that so don’t say it, please. »

 

« Oh, look at him trying to be cute. I can do some aegyo too, Mark look. Wang Puppy. »

 

Jackson then put his two hands next to his gorgeous face, mimicking a dog with his tongue out. Mark laughed so much he sat down for a moment, holding his belly.

 

« Stop it you two. I would swear you were sellers trying to gain over a client if I didn’t know you. » Mark said, wiping his tears with his sleeve.

 

However, Jinyoung was not the kind to give up. He liked to win no matter what was on the table. He didn’t really have the time to think this through. Was it a big deal anyway ? To sleep next to Mark ? It could happened to any member who would get lazy to get out of bed after watching a movie, right ? But he knew he would be teased by the other members if this went out. However, Mark wouldn’t care so he knew he would be the only one having to justify himself. Plus, just the thought of them touching lips and hugging made him blush. He will definitely not let it go.

 

« Hyung, name something you want and I’ll do it. Whether it is something I owe or something I can do for you. I’ll do it. It can be everything just let me know. Even if it means deleting those hilarious pictures of yours. Plus, you shouldn’t be speaking when I too can reveal things about you. » Jinyoung sighed with a little smirk at the corner of his lips.

 

Jinyoung was of course bluffing. He didn’t hold any secret on Mark. He was indeed the closest member to him along the years but he had nothing to blackmail him with. Mark was always simple and straightforward. He would hide nothing in particular nor be ashamed of anything concerning his private lfe.

 

Yugyeom laughed and shook Jinyoung, « We want to know, tell us, what is it ? »

 

Mark scratched his head with his index, suddenly serious. What could it be ? He had no idea. However, Jinyoung’s proposition was very tempting. Did Jinyoung really mean it ? Why does he mean by everything ?

 

 Mark definitely wanted to know so he looked at Jinyoung with a satisfied look on his face. He then sat properly again.

 

« Okay deal. Yugyeom let him go, he won. I’m not telling you guys, sorry. Ask him directly if you want to know. And Jinyoung I’ll let you know, don’t dare to think I’ll forget. »

 

Jinyoung smiled, blinking multiples times, very happy of his performance. He held out his hand in order to conclude their deal. The latter took his hand in his and shook it vigorously.

 

« Ah seriously, I’m never playing with you guys again. I’m just flustered now. How do you expect me to be okay for our schedule, huh ? You two are no good. » Jackson kept taking off and putting back on his cap, along with deep sighs.

 

« I get what you mean, seriously it’s not nice of you. I should have stayed with Bam. » Yugyeom nodded, poutting.

 

After that big excitment generated by Mark, the members were back to normal, all silent. They were all asleep and from time to time looked out the window to see if they arrived at destination.

 

While, in the other car the members were already sleeping soundly with nice music on. They also had fun but it was rather short. Well, to be more accurate Youngjae and Jaebum were the ones who had a great time making fun of Bambam. The maknae as careless as always laughed heartily and fell asleep a second later.

/ It's been a while u guys! Even though i really wanted to continue i was completely out of inspiration. We ahgases have been blessed this end of the year. Our boys winning at MAMA and having a busy schedule. So proud of them srsly. 

The boys all look so mature and grown up now. I feel sorry sometimes writing such an immature and badly written fic TT
