In the winter of his thirty-third year, Seunghyun stood alone behind the yellow line just before the railway. Not physically alone, but mentally alone. He swiped his thumb on the screen, just to look at his wallpaper. Two boys looked so happy, enjoying their time together like a usual dongsaeng and hyung. He smiled bitterly. A notification appeared just right before he was about to put back the phone on his pocket.

‘Wedding Invitation’, he read. He didn’t believe his eyes, so he tried to spell the letter one by one, hoping that it would turn out different. But as he spelt, his chest hurt more.

You can’t love me like that, Hyung.

It was just a confession, but he rejected him coldly.

Please don’t make me hate you.

Seunghyun stepped forward when he heard the train was coming.

“DON’T DO THAT!” a man screamed behind him.
