so I understand that the story was a little unclear.

First of all, Krystal and Kai went to Yeol's birthday party (Night Club Romance)

where a gorgeous model hit on Kai

So, Krystal got angry at him and left him at the party.

So second of all, JACKSON WAS GAY.

That's why Krystal was so friendly with her.

he wouldn't hit on her.

In the part when Krystal was saying, 

“Aw Jackson. You’re—that’s—so—cute” he could barely hear them so, he was trying really hard to form the sentences. 

A crease in his forehead appeared,

“You’re so— too” Jackson replied in a husky tone.

What she really said was,

"Aw Jackson. You're dating Mark? That's so cute"

Kai misunderstood her.

Jackson replied,

"You're so lucky too"
