“Oh Irene sunbae-nim?” Bo Gum swallowed hard as

 he scanned the young woman sitting on the ground;

 Irene herself, looking at him with an intense gaze. 

“Wow! You’ve grown up!” Irene exclaimed as she pushed herself up and extended her hand out, shaking it 

with Bo Gum’s.

“Y-yeah” Bo Gum turned his face to the side to prevent his senior to see his cherry red face.

‘Why are you acting like this? She’s just an old ex-crush’ Bo Gum bit his bottom lip nervously.

“Hyung you know this noona??” Little Jimin asked with sparkling eyes. Bo Gum opened his mouth to answer but Irene beat him to it, “Yup! He was a junior  in my school” She said with smile plastered on her face.

It was nice to see a junior she knew doing well.

“Was hyung popular, noona??” 

Irene chuckled before nodding her head.

“And handsome too” She added in a low tone.

Jimin didn’t hear her but Bo Gum did and he pinked.

“Did noona like hyung!!!???” Jimin tugged Bo Gum’s shirt as he asked enthusiastically.

 Irene balked.

“Uh…” She was about to decline but seeing Jimin’s expecting gaze, Irene found herself saying,

“Yeah sure. Why not?” She shrugged— trying to act natural and casual about it.

“Then did hyung and Irene noona kiss?” The little angel pouted as he observed the adult’s reaction.

Both Irene and Bo Gum choked.

Bo Gum started coughing like a maniac at the kid’s incredulousness. 

“Er..not really” Irene tilted her head to the side, still looking at Bo Gum from the corner of her eyes.

‘Why are you so interested in my love life, you little devil?’ Irene clicked her tongue before faking a smile,

“Aren’t you hungry, love? Shall we make some dinner now?” 

“OKAY! Jimin is hungry!!” The child threw his arms in the air and shouted.

Both Bo Gum and Irene sighed in relief.

‘At least he dropped the topic’
