Oh my GOSH ya'll, this one-shot is everything. It's a really quick read but it's a plottwist type fic, which I simply adore. It's a little bit mysterious as to what is going on from the very beginning of the story, then as the plot progresses you start to think of multiple theories as to what is happening. And then boom, the author reveals the plot twist and even though I read this story two years ago, I'm still shook. Really, this is the kind of story that inspires other fics, that's how entertaining and emotionally provoking it is. Honestly, if you only read one story out of all the ones I recommend, I'd say read this one. Regardless if you like EXO/Xiumin, just because it's such an intense little ride that you won't regret.
