The sky has changed colors to orange and yellowish, it’s already dusk. The combination of colors between orange with a tinge of pink because of spring produce such a beautiful sight; Hanbin always likes it, makes him feel so peaceful.

He saunters down the street with a slow pace, enjoying every breeze that meets his face. The more he walks, he hears the sound of children's laughter and smells the familiar aroma of bakery. Hanbin grins.

His steps stopped when some children approaches him, saying how much they missed him. He chuckles, kneeling and ruffles their hair gently.

"Hanbin?"

Hanbin stands up when his name is called by someone, he finds a young woman who holding a little girl with ponytail and wears gorgeous pink dress.

Hanbin smiles widely, "Yes, it's me."

Hearing his voice, the little girl stares at Hanbin. Then held out her tiny hands as if she wants to reach Hanbin. The woman puts down the child from her arms, letting she run into Hanbin’s embrace.

"Hanbin oppa, i miss you." The little girl said.

Hanbin can feel his heart warmed. But then a strange feeling suddenly covers him—he feels pleased because of all the love given to him, and he feels like he was at home—he feels so familiar with this feeling but Hanbin can feel an emptiness there.

As if he ever felt the same, but more complete.

"Suyeon, it’s time for lunch." The woman interrupted the two, smiling. "Hanbin, would you like to have lunch with us?"

Hanbin approaches the woman and nods in agreement. As they walk into the dining room, she says, "Everyone here have been missed you, Hanbin."

The woman turns her face and stares at Hanbin with a warm gaze, "And I'm sure he misses you too."

There is pain in Hanbin’s heart when he hears that, but he covers it with a bland smile.

'I hope so.'

Chapter 1: A stranger and Stars

Kim Hanbin. 17 years old. He got a normal life—enjoying his position as B.I the kingka, with fans that always swarming everytime, pretty girls that always sticking everwhere, and also fun and delighful friends.

He comes from a wealthy family—makes him living in luxury and his needs are always fulfilled.

With all that, he is growing well. He got it all—fame, pamour, luxury, and recognition.

But somehow, Hanbin is never satisfied.

Even today, when his routine repeats again—those adoring stares from everyone around on him, the girls that are busy swarming around their table and looking for attention, jokes that always comes out endlessly from his friends, it’s one of these day again.

Hanbin laughs and let himself blend with them, but not with his heart.

His heart still feels so empty as usual.

A bird caught his attention and divert his thoughts. Hanbin sees how the bird perched on a tree trunk in the garden near the school cafeteria, before then spread its wings and fly. High in the sky.

He wants to be like the bird.

"I go first." Hanbin stands up and left the cafeteria accompanied by questions from his friends that he hears from afar.

“Where are you going?”
