Description
Amelia held her breath as if a lack of oxygen to the brain could somehow prevent her from committing another thoughtcrime. With no such luck, she said to herself, "I’ve never seen such a beautiful person in my life."
Amelia Herrington couldn't tell you the current year with conviction; the only certainty in her life is that Big Brother is watching. When Amelia encounters a passionate individual for the first time, the black of white of her reality begins to fade. Discovering the truth of herself and her world, however, could ultimately destroy her. Afterall, ignorance is strength.

Foreword
A/N: If you look at the lyrics for NCT U's The 7th Sense, there are so many allusions to 1984 and Plato's allegory of the cave. I started to write this to build off of this concept and explore a youthful point of view from Orwell's novel.
I haven't marked it yet, but this will definitely involve to some extent. That's literally half of 1984 to begin with let's get real.
If you haven't read 1984, I'll do my best to explain some aspects in the exposition. Don't fret, my chillens.
