Lay sat queitly as Kris carefully picked out some clothes for him.

His dark brown hair still dripping with water.

He was yet to get warm in the bright blue towel.

His older brother ran back from the closet, hands filled with  the newly washed outfit.

"I hope it fits." Kris smiles.

Lay warily takes the clothes from his hand and places them on his lap.

"Oh, right, sorry"

Kris chuckled, stepping out the room.

Now alone, Lay slowly removes the furry towel,staring at his legs.

Scarred, with still new bruise marks, splashing across them.

Still so thin, it looked like a color splash with only pink and purple sploches.

But yet they still had the energy and strength to run far yesterday morning.

The raspy voice shouting for him to run played in his head.

"Lay?"

Kris called, knocking on the door.

The voice had brought him from his trance as he quickly slid on his jeans and long sleeved wooven sweater.

At last, cozy and warm.

"I'm done."

There was no response to his small contained voice.

"I'm done." 

He repeats once again, this time with an even louder tone.

He chucked when Kris slightly peeks his head in and smiles.

"Oh, it's a little large, but it's fine, you look…cute!" 

The words forced Lay to blush, lowering his face

" made breakfast, but the people are coming in an hour or so……………" 

The Party

Lay had completely forgotten about the party.

He hadn't been to one before but from the way Kris had described it, seemed well enough cool.

"You're going to catch a cold if you don't dry your hair." 

Kris cited, running his hands through his own hair.

 The doorbell rings went off.

Lay jumped in his place, holding his sensitive ears.

"OH Sh*t!"

His older brother runs down stairs, opening the front door quickly.

Suho stood there happily with a small round class tray in his hand, and beside him was Tao, his younger cousin.

"Hey, Kris!" 

He cheerfully pushes past the tall man, making his way to the kitchen.

"Hi! Suho dragged me along, I told him that we were too early, but he insisted that its better to be an hour early than a minute late."

 Tao grunted.

Kris frustraited, sighed.

"So where is he?"

Suho asks with excitment.

Kris gasped, remeembering that his brother was still getting use to all the new voices and noises and really liked to be quiet.

"You have to whisper,he still jumping to noises."

He reminded them.

Suho covered his mouth embarrassed.

 "Is he hiding from me?"

He asks, worried that he had scared away the youngster.

Now Kris began getting worried himself.

"I'll bring him to greet you guys." 

Lay's door was closed again.

Kris carefully peeked his head in, Lay Sat beside himself, legs pushed against his chest.

 "Hey what's the matter?"

But Last just shook his head, " I don't think that I want to go to a party any more."

"Why?"

Lay boy his lower lip nervously.

There are a lot of people." 

The answer made quietly laugh.

"Those guys are all nice and my friends, they won't hurt you." 

Lay still couldn't  risk it.

"Do you trust me, do you trust gege?"

Kris gently smiles, outreaching his hands.

Slowly lay grabs his brother's hand.

"Come let's meet them."

"Alright."
