the age range are however old you want, not too old but not to young bc yooo but like s are cool y'kno? also hmm for the language, you can be fluent in up to five bc jackson wang's language skill is wow, and ur character might be smarter than jackson wang cause why not? for the nationality could be anything! the more variations the better tbh because like wow everyone is underrated
 

any background and any personality is fine. they could be raised by power rangers but grew up to be ultraman for all i care because everything is finneeee, and as for the personality, as long as they're not mary sue or even gary stu, then it's fine! there's really not much guidelines here bc u can make your character however you want tbh
