personality and background + lifestyle.  Both of this is the main part of the application.So make it as detail as needed.At least 3 traits for personality.Neutral traits are optional.Just keep it realistic,no one is perfect.Same for the background.No angst cause i'm at it.Plus this is a light story.But slightly angst is fine.No Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu.Have a creative background and variety of personality! <33 
Lifestyle is most likely how they act everyday in the house from the moment he/she awake till he/she sleep.No need for a long one.A paragraph will do.

age range,trivia and relationship.  Age range is between 1994 - 1998.No older and no younger.Unlimited trivia but don't be too crazy.And the relationship is most likely your character's family and friends.However,please only include the one who you think gonna appear in this story.Or the one who suggest him/her to live in Paradise House.I also have many things to do ;;

love interest.  Love interest is optional.You can choose to have or not.It can be an OC.Remember,this is an AU story,so no idols here.Just change their occupation and you can make him/her as your love interest.The status is up to you.His/her personality can be short unless it's an OC.But for the relationship and history,please make it as detail as needed.

things to remember.  Please inculde in the background part why is your character live in Paradise House.Is it because he/she's out of money?Or their family expeled them? Any reason as long as it's realistic.
In the relationship part,you can add the owner,Lee Jungnam.He is a person filled with father figure and a bit clumsy and easy to talk with.A businessman but often ask his secretary to do all works so he can spend more times with the children

the beggining of everything.  Lee Jungnam,a 45 years old  single man decided to make a boarding house with a newly bought house in Seoul.The place is strategic enough as it's near with a fancy restaurant and a well known university.So,his target is young university student and yes,he got it.5 young men and women applied to live there.As he never live with children,he decided to show a lot of affection and father-like figure.Not to forget his rule in the house --
