She saw ghosts. Everywhere. Folklore had it that someone who saw ghosts had always suffered a violent death in every life they’d lived before. Meaning Park Sandara had almost never been left to die in peace in all the previous lives she’d lived. The ghosts are attracted to her tormented soul, the rage and trauma she suffered in the past being something they had in common with her.

Because of her constant unearthly companions, Dara has given up the idea of ever finding love.

Until she sees a boy who is surrounded by ghosts. They are literally everywhere he goes, clawing at him, touching him, trying to hug him –

His name is Kwon Ji Yong, a fellow student at the University. He is a metalhead. A god to the females. Tattooed, pierced and extremely skilled with his fingers – on the guitar and most definitely in other places also. He does not know who Dara is – why would he? She’s the weirdo who stalks through the hallways on her own and whispers and talks to herself. No one wanted to know Dara.

Kwon Ji Yong was the same until the day she ran at him, trying to save him. Save him from an extremely malicious ghost who was so terrifying, Dara honestly thought she would be able to kill Ji Yong by stabbing through the spiritual dimension to reach him. Unfortunately, the ghost just gave the illusion that she could.

Just like the others, unless Ji Yong believed in her, she would not be able to harm him. But Dara could only see his face that was about to get obliterated and so she threw herself at him with the silly idea that she could save him.

All that ended up happening was that Kwon Ji Yong finally learned Sandara Park existed in the weirdest and goofiest way possible.
