"What the..." Jimin frustratingly brushed his fringe upwards, "Where'd he go?"   Worrying and thinking Jungkook could've had injured himself or died made Jimin bolt out of his apartment. He ran down the stairs and once he got out of the apartment building, he looked around hoping to see any silhouette of a man.   He scrunched up his nose due to the nippy temperature as he was in complete shock of all the things that just happened in a snap.   He couldn't think properly from all this mess. Jungkook had a very obscure behavior. There was no logic to this because there was no way Jungkook could have survived that fall. There was nothing for Jungkook to hold onto on the building's exterior. The ledge was too narrow to even step on.       Months passed and Jimin hadn't been seeing Jungkook at the diner every morning but Jimin kept going there. He had to admit, he missed the boy. And it was a brand new feeling that he felt for Jungkook. Despite of the solitude, Jimin could say he was doing good, no, great actually. He realized he just needed a confirmation, a closure with Yoongi to finally let go. It was never easy but bit by bit there were improvements. And by moving on, it meant getting rid of the stuff that reminded him of Yoongi.   Usually, one would get rid of stuff that open up memories by burning, selling or disposing. But Jimin did none of them anymore, he used to when the pain was terribly fresh. But now that he was a bit enlightened, he became a new person who was positive and outgoing. Just like how he used to be. Jimin put Yoongi's remaining stuff in a few boxes and just kept them to the storage room. He might have decided to let go but that didn't mean he would just trash all their memories away. Yoongi was a big and beautiful part of his life. He was the best thing that happened to Jimin.         After putting the last box of Yoongi's belongings into the storage room, he closed its door and locked it then clapped his hands together to eliminate dirt. He turned to his heel only to be flabbergasted by the sight of a man standing tall a few centimeters away.   He was speechless while examining his appearance. It was easy to identify him as an angel yet still unbelievable. Then it clicked in Jimin's mind, this angel was the one he met long long ago when he was young. He met him after the terrible accident.   Jimin made sure what he was seeing was for real so he rubbed his eyes and looked to his front. He was gone.     Aliyah was just as surprised as Jimin. The latter was surely staring at him. He looked behind him but no one else was there. He stared back for a while until Jimin rubbed his eyes and his expression changed into a confused one. Jimin looked around looking for the angel but he couldn't see him anymore. Jungkook avoided Jimin after getting caught that he could sing and speak. But that wasn't the sole reason. He couldn't afford Jimin's life to be threatened once again.   I would only bring Jimin danger, he thought. He was lucky, rather, blessed to survive the war.   But when he could, when he didn't have missions, he was always there beside Jimin.   "Hey" Jimin called out albeit he could not see the angel. He just felt like he was still there and it was true. He knew he wasn't hallucinating.     "I know you're still there."   Aliyah kept his gaze set on Jimin, Jimin was so beautiful in his eyes. How could a human being be so beautiful? He had always wondered.   "I need you." Jimin said sincerely that made the angel hold onto the left side of his chest as if he had a heart.   "I have so many questions... you said you'll answer them when we meet again. And here you are. Please talk to me."   These days, angels could not show themselves to humans anymore unlike in the ancient times when humans still had the privilege of communicating with the higher beings when they wanted to.   Aliyah stepped closer to the man and reached for his cheek to caress it. He noticed how his fringe rested flat on his forehead and almost covered his eyes.   So he brushed it to the side. The angel asked softly but then was disappointed when Jimin did not respond and again eyes traveled around the place.   "Why would thee not reveal thy self to him anymore?" Ailee suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The two beings watched Jimin let out a sigh and left.   "He just saw me, in this form! I did not even mean for him to see me. We do not even know how to do that anymore."   "Ah, that happens sometimes. Some of us even got caught in human technology. Do thee know cameras?"   After Ailee spoke, she noticed just by looking at his face, the many emotions Jungkook had inside of him. She could interpret what he was feeling.   "I know thou is longing for him."   Aliyah gasped at that. "How did thee know?"   "I just know." The latter then looked at the floor finding it interesting.   "Thee can go see him but let us not repeat what we did last time. It is an honest mistake. But do not be scared of him! He will forgive thee. He is a good person."   And Jungkook himself knew that. Jimin wasn't one to hold grudges against people.
