Author's Point of View:       After the day Jimin and the angel crossed paths, that went on. Always at the same diner, every morning. And it was as if the two of them indirectly promised each other to meet up every day. Just having a chat, slowly getting to know each other, or sometimes sharing their breakfast. The times they spent together was always simple and light; giving a balance to the brilliant and grandiose appearance of the outdoors.    Seoul had become more beautiful those days maybe because of the spring season.      Jimin could say Jungkook was enchanting especially that all the pain buried deep in his heart always disappeared whenever they were together. Jungkook's simple movements were fluid, he never seemed to have second thoughts; Jungkook was close to perfection.    His physical appearance even looked like it was sculpted by God himself. And being smitten by this boy, it was pretty bizarro.      He brought such joy and peace of mind to Jimin, always had Jimin amazed with his wise words and also with his beautiful penmanship.      But it was an inevitable occurrence for Jimin to grow curious of the boy he always talked to. They had become friends yet he knew close to nothing about the boy. He wanted to know why and how the boy was mute, he wanted to delve into the boy's past and that would at least make him feel closer to the boy.   So he could resonate and correlate with Jungkook. Funny thing was that he didn't even have the slightest idea where exactly Jungkook lived, he'd asked but was answered with metaphors like: "I live in heaven." Was he pertaining to Seoul? To the beautiful city where they dwelled? Jungkook must have appreciated the beauty of the season as well.       It was another day and Jimin had to go to work. Ever since he met Jungkook, he stopped cooking breakfast at home.    He bid him goodbye and made his way to his workplace which was only a few blocks away. Jimin always kept a low profile, barely coming out of his home. A few weeks after Yoongi's passing, Jimin faked his death as well. Now he carried a different background but still with the same name.        He was currently working at a fastfood restaurant and his shift there was enough to keep him busy. He wanted Yoongi to be off his mind sometimes.  Jimin wasn't a fan of luxurious life, yet he used to want to have a lot of money. But now that he was alone, there was nothing for him to enjoy anymore. There were still a lot more things he wanted to try, like traveling to more places he hadn't been before. He'd always traveled with his husband. He actually never lasted a day away from him, his whole life since the day they married he spent it with Yoongi. Perhaps he depended so much on Yoongi that everything in his life had Yoongi involved; was always up to Yoongi.   But since he was gone it was like Jimin had lost track of the right path, no, he was lost and he couldn't see any path before him anymore. He couldn't think about what he would be in the future. He didn't know why he was still struggling with life when he didn't have anything good to expect from the future.      If only he didn't get hungry or felt pain then life would have been easier. But he was still human only with immortality and that was all that there was to it. He was disabled of dying and making himself hungry to death would be useless and would only be an additional endless pain to him.       Angels fending off demons from Jimin was as frightening as it was glorious. In the human world it might have looked like Jimin was safely walking down the streets when chaos was actually happening around him. They wanted Jimin for he was special, they could make good use of him. Because aside from having so much angels to protect him, he could still be ceaseless without them. The power had bonded with his soul, it was inside of him.    The fight was too aesthetic it looked like it was choreographed.  And Aliyah, or Jungkook in human form watched, he watched how the guardians used all their might to slay the evil threatening to steal Jimin from the surface of the world. This wasn't new to the death angel since he had been with Jimin for several decades, but each battle was still amusing because they were spectacular.   Relays of explosions and collisions were sparkling on Aliyah's eyes and he realized how beautiful it was to fight for Jimin. If Jimin died that day they first met then he wouldn't be feeling things like this, he wouldn't be seeing and discovering things like guardians and demons fighting for an immortal.   Jimin was meant to die that day, but given immortality his fate had changed—or dying early wasn't his fate to begin with?     Aliyah was too amazed by the hostilities and too distracted as the feeling of joining the battle grew stronger till he was caught off guard by a demon that charged on him. He was pushed harshly to the ground as the demon was a few seconds from jumping on him. No, he wasn't cut out for these type of situations. He was never in a warfare between angels and demons. Fighting wasn't what he was created for, he was made to pick up souls, to inform their guardians that it was over.   The demon came at the death angel, his rugged image closing in but a hand pulled the demon back and a luminous sword pierced through him from the back. And he dissipated into thin air.    "Why art thou here?" Asked a female angel—definitely one of the guardians but Aliyah had never seen her before. The male one stayed on his place as his doe eyes lingered on the female's features. She was stunning in that gold plated armor, her face was the definition of authority. She reached out to him and helped him be on his feet.    "What is a death angel doing in the middle of a battle? Going to collect our souls? What is your name?" There was a hint of humor in the second question. Before Aliyah could even answer, the other angel snapped her fingers. "Oh I know thee. Thee art the angel who is enamoured to Jimin."    The male angel felt a funny sensation, being distinguished as the one that was smitten by a human felt special. Like he was the only one in such situation.    "That is precise..."   The female angel softly smiled to the other, remembering things.    "Our brothers had told me about you, as there was one of us who used to love a human." Albeit the onrush of others nearby, the female angel was confident the rest of the guardians could handle and win the battle.    Aliyah was intrigued, "Is that so? Then I am not the first?"    "Of course not. But thou art special because thee love an immortal."     "Who is that angel who loved a human?"    The female's bright facial expression melted into a bit of a melancholic one.   "We can discuss about it some time. But now thee need to distract Jimin," the said boy was feeling perturbed by nothing, actually. But it was the warfare around him that was sending him shivers and uneasiness. "he needs someone right now."    "Thou can read his thoughts?"   "No, I just know." The female gently pushed him toward Jimin's direction lightly when Aliyah stopped her from flying away.   "Wait! May I know who thou art? And why I have not met thou before?"    "I am Ailee, the captain. I chose to stand guard from the distance and that I believe is the reason why we have never seen each other. Now I shall take my leave. We will meet again soon, Aliyah."         Jimin was walking all alone to his home with earphones plugged in both of his ears. For once, he was at peace for he was neither sad nor exuberant–just the emotion in between. His walk was fine until some unknown vibe gave him chills and then did he realize that the night was extra dark. And that he was completely alone like he was in an apocalypse. He might be an immortal but it didn't mean he wasn't a scaredy-cat.    The beat of his music was going in until someone tapped him on the shoulder that got him almost leaping to the nearest alleyway.    His eyes widened from shock and softened as he discovered it was just Jungkook.    "Oh God, thank goodness it was just you." Jimin clutched his chest.    Jungkook gave him the sweetest smile, brightening up the dark night and sweeping away all Jimin's fears and negative feelings inside.    "Do you live here too?" The latter asked and Jungkook pointed again to the sky.    "Ah, seriously, Jungkook-ah, where do you live?" Jungkook suddenly took something from his pocket and it was a phone. He got a phone now huh?   He was typing crazily fast before showing Jimin the screen.    "Can I come over to your place?"   "Uhm... it's messy I think
