Today marks my first year anniversary as an AFF user. It's also around this time that I became a WINNER stan. I guess I can say that this date is pretty much my INCLEversary. I wanted to commemorate this by sharing something new and different. I joined AFF to read WINNER fics and after that I started writing some of my own BUT never published them. They were just things for me to pass time with while I waited for the author's I adored to update.

It was months later that I met two beautiful souls on twitter who kindly took me under their wings and joined me in the start of a writing adventure of sorts, those two souls are known here on AFF for their amazing fics and go by EIRYIA and SANDIUN. It is to these two that I owe my beginning.

This story is the sequel to my JinYoon fic TRANE that was written for the third round of the tiny JinYoon FicEx. I was considering writing another one-shot as a sequel to it but I figured I might as well make it multichap and add all the other WINNER members in it. As per my Author's Note on TRANE:

I will start by saying that through reading numerous Winner fics, I have come to realize that a certain mold has been unintentionally set for all five members. This is understandable, acceptable, and highly enjoyable, especially when authors are trying to write their characters as close to the real thing as possible.

I've read a lot of fics wherein Kim Jinwoo is cute, innocent, sweet, naive - AND for this fic I decided to change things up. In this fic you will meet a darker, grittier, and an audacious Kim Jinwoo. I ended up writing a story that makes me smh and question myself BUT this is something that I know I won't regret even if it isn't well received.

If you still want to give this fic a go, I advise you to take a deep breath and keep an open mind. Your input matters! I would greatly appreciate it if you would leave a review and let me know what you thought of and felt about this newfangled Kim Jinwoo. Chapter 3: Hello!

Why am I crying? Why you made this to my heart? That itching, that sweet and sour pain that you created with your beautiful words and this sad but still very well written story.
I loved it. It was so gentle, so soft and full of light and adoration, the way Seungyoon loves Jinwoo. It was precious. And I loved that you added some song lyrics. Very cute.
I don't think I have words good enough to tell you how much I liked it. I tried, at least.

Chapter 3: I like how you described them from nurse's view . my heart skips a beat when yoon said - just wait until he wakes up and opens his eyes . yoon is really precious . his love for jinwoo is so pure . it is feels like he is cleansing jinwoo with his love

Chapter 3: omg no no no this is need to e d with happy ending. They deserve to be happy. Their love for each other is just idk how to put it in wordㅠㅠ kang seungyoon is amazig person for loving jinwoo and not giving up, and jinwoo you need to wake up and back to yoonie's hands bcs that's all you need and want!

I finally got to read this story! I know it took me ages and I'm sorry♡
Still, I'm so happy that it's chaptered! This plot deserves to be chaptered and I hope long. I don't think I can let go of it until I'll make sure that Jinwoo let go of his past and moving on with Yoon. This chapter broke my heart, especially the way you described him cutting... okay I felt his pain for real!! You went a bit gore here and it fitted, though it's not my favorite part, just as his abusing, but we all needed it.. this is cruel tho.. I still want to know why Jinwoo got his first trauma, I think that's important, even though my heart is not ready for it!
I'm excited for the development of this story and especially the main characters! Please don't be too cruel with your readers♡ Ily❤

Chapter 1: Jinwoo being broken this way brings me pain. I trust Yoon and their love. I saw it pull Jinwoo through.
