“nice right?” the guy asked Sungmin who keep looking down, playing with his fingers and nodded slowly as response “do you want to order more?” the guy asked again after feeling uncomfortable with Sungmin who remained silent for a while

“this is enough… thanks” Sungmin finally took his chopstick and ate hot ramen in front of him, Sungmin was feeling totally like an idiot that moment, of course a guy like him wouldn’t even think of going to love hotel with a stranger what on earth did he think just now, Sungmin wanted to hit himself with a hammer back then but didn’t want to look more idiot than now he decided to start a conversation with the guy in front of him who innocently enjoying his food “What is….”

“Kyuhyun” the guy said without even listening to Sungmin’s question completely “my name is Kyuhyun, Cho Kyuhyun, and you are?” Kyuhyun looked up to find Sungmin looking at him with a mixture of amusement and annoyed face

“Sungmin, Lee Sungmin… well errrr is it….” without listening to Sungmin’s question again, Kyuhyun already answered

“Yup, it’s ok for me to pay this food, it’s not that much”

“Hey but I…” again Kyuhyun answered first

“It’s ok don’t even bother about repaying it back, today is my payday, treat one person to a ramen won’t make me poor”

“Listen to me first Cho.Kyu.Hyun” Sungmin grinned his teeth feeling annoyed

“I’m listening” Kyuhyun said without even looking at Sungmin’s angry face

“No you are not”

“Yes I am”

“You already answer my questions when I didn’t have chance to finish it that’s not listening!” Sungmin pouted

“Uh-huh it’s listening, I answered all your questions correctly right?” Sungmin nodded weakly “exactly, that’s mean I’m listening to you”

“But you never let me finish my questions!”

“What for? It’s a waste of time when I already know what questions you are going to ask” Kyuhyun drank his beer coolly ignoring Sungmin’s tantrum

“Unbelievable” Sungmin snatched Kyuhyun’s beer and drank it “You are un-be-lie-va-ble Kyuhyun”

“Am I? I’ll take that as compliment” Kyuhyun said with amusement when he saw Sungmin finished his beer, he stood up and ordered bottles of soju

“Gee, such an arrogant person” Sungmin hold his head feeling dizzy from the sudden hit of alcohol into his stomach

“That’s what people told me but eventually they still admiring me” Kyuhyun drank his soju and offered Sungmin some which Sungmin snatched straight away “you love to drink so much aren’t you?” Kyuhyun asked in amusement when Sungmin drank the soju from its bottle directly

“no I’m not, I’m not a fan of beer and soju, usually I don’t drink much but after talking to you I guess I need hundred bottles of this if I want to stay sane” Sungmin drank again and stared at Kyuhyun who remained silent for a while “don’t you want to ask why was I squatting down on the street in the middle of the night while crying?”

“Go ahead explain it, I’m listening” Kyuhyun toned never change at all it still sounded very cold to Sungmin but he didn’t care he need someone to talk to back then

“I just came back from New York after living there since my I was young, it’s been really a while since my last visit to Korea. It has changed a lot but I still love this country the most” Sungmin smiled, paused a bit waiting for Kyuhyun’s reaction but he didn’t show any expression back then so Sungmin just gave up and continued his story “I decided to walk around by myself instead of attending my family’s gathering today or yesterday depending on what time is it now”

“Yesterday” Kyuhyun said which made Sungmin relieved, it means Kyuhyun did listen to his story

“Well, I used my phone’s map as reference and I only brought small amount of money but they are gone… I lost my phone I don’t know where and I lost my wallet also, I don’t care if it’s stolen or I forgotten about it and dropped it somewhere but still I left with nothing, no phone no money, alone in the dark and the thunder…” Sungmin drank his soju again when he remembered the loud sound he hate the most “I hate it the most, I don’t mind with rain but thunder and lightning are completely different things, I wanted to take taxi but no taxi around, I was alone, cold, hungry, scared… I…” Sungmin’s eyes filled with tears

“You’ve suffered enough” Kyuhyun gave another bottle of soju to Sungmin which gladly accepted by him

“Well although you don’t talk so much but that was so nice of you to say that” Sungmin smiled “Hey… let’s talk…”

“No, I don’t want to talk about myself”

“Listen to me first”

“I’m listening” Sungmin rolled his eyes when again Kyuhyun said the same thing

“I’m a lawyer you know… I can make you say whatever I want to know” Sungmin moved his face closer to Kyuhyun and smiled proudly already half drunk

“Are you? Try me then” Kyuhyun moved his face closer to Sungmin too started to feel excited with their conversation

“Okay… let’s start then….”

Sungmin woke up with extreme headache, he held his head which felt like hit by a truck and groaned painfully

“Are you ok?”

“Just an extreme headache” Sungmin said while still holding his head, but whose voice was it? Sungmin turned his head to find out the source of the voice and blinked his eyes repeatedly couldn’t believe he saw someone sleeping next to him, .

“Who are you….” Sungmin asked still half asleep

“Rude, I just save your life yesterday and you already forgotten my name”

“Who are you……” Sungmin asked again but now after he was more alert he remembered the face “CHO ING KYUHYUN WHY THE HELL ARE YOU BESIDE ME ON MY BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Sungmin screamed out loud

“noisy” Kyuhyun turned his head, covered his ears with pillow and continued to sleep
